Fetus number is one , presentation is viable ,fetal cardiac activity and movements are positive. CRL 21.9mm but My left adnex shows Corpus Lethal cyst measures about 27×27mm I am too much worried about this cyst . Please tell me what I should do for this cyst. Will is harmful for me or not? Will it resorbable or not? Please give me answer.
