  • The first of two nights with Indigenous, in Texas, opening for Mike Zito. Led by Mato Nanji, Indigenous has a heavy blues rock sound with a deep Hendrix influence. This set was shot at The Kessler Theater in Dallas on 7/16/21. In addition to Mato, Indigineous is Kurt Olson on drums, Justin Cournoyer on bass, and Evan Nanji, Mato's son, on guitar.

Sorry to be a little slow to the party --- it took me a while to realize that was Spencer Davis' "I'm A Man" beginning at about 42:00.
Always wonderful to find any new Indigenous postings -- Thank You !
