for anyone watching!!! i say the complete opposite for the skating minigame. in my opinion/experience, the thermometers are less important than defeating the cogs because* cogs left alive are just going to turn them back off. don't completely disregard the thermometers, but looking for snowballs, clearing cogs, and collecting papers makes filling the temperature gauge much easier
if you are soundless, then you can just throw a cream pie straight at the boiler while the other toons use their fogs :) you can also use your wedding cake while the other toons throw a bday cake straight at the boiler. you dont need sound, you got this!!
You could join the Soundless Cult and have a team with a build like yours to help defeat Field Offices. They're in discord and are very active in Toontown Rewritten they host a lot of events and all builds are welcome.
