Readwise and Obsidian Integration - Walkthrough & why I changed my mind

- I love Readwise and I love Obsidian, but I resisted integrating these two service. I didn't want to have all my highlights dropped into my obsidian vault which is for me. But over the weekend something happened that made me change my mind. So here's what happened and how to set it up.

It was at the 8 min mark I realized you were not in a very small closet lol, the way the light from the widow falls on the back wall is like an optical illusion. As for the content I love it, I love Readwise in Notion but I was hesitant using it with Obsidian for the same reasons as you but I love being able to grab a excerpt and expand on it in a different note. Also a new sub and love what you are putting out, keep it up.
That optical illosiun is something. It tookme too some minutes.
Whoops! Trying to control the light here during the day can be tricky and it was very strange that day! I’ll see if I can get the same effect again! Thanks for the encouragement and let me know how you get on with using Readwise with obsidian. So far, I’m okay with it.
