Worst lawyer firm [wanjohi&muli], fellow immigrants do not waste your money. They are quick to ask for money but once received they never pick up calls it's like you are begging for their time. They messed up my case and I got denied for a work permit. Find yourself an American lawyer with no greed and have good ethics.

I got another lawyer who worked with me, and things went well.been in usa with no one to hold your hand its very challenging. But God wanted me here .

Wakili Am asking from Kenya, my husband filled I130 for me and my daughters. My case went to nvc and was Dq in June 2023. My daughters were approved last month and we didn't pay nvc fee for then. Is that inorder?

You can fill ds260 include them,do medicals all of you,do visa interview get all visas and go alone and settle hustle send money for their air ticket this should be fast before six months from the day they did the medicals when the visa expires or you can fill them in ds 260 and indicate that they will join you later which will be stressful in future they might take upto 5 years to join you

My kids were approved too DQ June 15th 2023 for the petitioner’s fee it was single pay but for DS 260 to open up we paid for each one of them
