For a PRT Standard tool, cutting would be limited to around 3 inches per second and jog speeds limited to 6 ips or less. The tool featured in the video is a PRS Alpha tool with an ATC and is running at around 8.3 inches per second in its cutting speed. The PRT Standard would not be able to match these speeds. www.shopbottools.com/products/alphaATC
We didn't drill any pilot holes for the screws. Just driving them straight through the pocket slots and into the wood works fine. Let us know if we can help with any other info! sales@shopbottools.com

I have a prt standard upgraded package Vxxx. Am I able to run the machine this quickly?
