      @Louis Tube thank you for this response I used to bike ride loads and I have stopped exercising recently something that I need to get back into. I also feel like watching porn has had a huge impact on my energy levels it makes me feel like I have no desire to do anything so that's something I'm working on also. I have found music a very a good way to shift my depression. smell is a very helpful too. Especially citrus essential oils. I am not in a position to exercise due to Arthritist. I do walk 2 kilometer s a day. I have an app. I have had one hip replaced and need the other one replaced. I love to walk in nature. Now I sit and meditate in nature. People who are incompacited can't get the feel good of exercise. If you are disabled,stuck in a bed or wheel chair it is not possible to exercise but there are other things you can do. I take medication nwithout it I would be dead. Seriously.

    The key is getting enough, but not too much. I personally exercise 5 times a week - 40 minutes a day.
    Monday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes legs/abs.
    Tuesday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes chest/triceps/anterior delts
    Wednesday: off
    Thursday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes back/biceps/posterior delts/forearms
    Friday: 30 - 40 minutes cardio, 10 minutes stretching
    Saturday: Boxing and some mixed exercise such as tire flipping, farmers walk, climbing etc.

    Exercise certainly is a useful tool to know about, but this guy is mistaken in saying that it's the only way to push back against Alzheimer's, dementia, obesity, and diabetes. Fasting is the most powerful thing you can do about all of these health issues (and many others). Dr. Pradip Jamnadas has a lot of good talks on this subject. The data is there.

    First of all, there is no such thing as "depression" as that's a pseudomedical condition. Secondly, no exercise fitness does NOT make everyone less stressed. In my case, exercise and fitness raises and causes additional stress and also makes me angrier and bad tempered - and no, no steroids are used - and I try to vary up the types. I realized the hard way that I didn't need to focus on exercise and fitness and just carry on with regular life and since moving on from fitness/exercise, my stress has dropped and I do feel better. No regrets moving on from exercise/fitness.

    • @Tes73792
      @Tes73792 Před 5 lety +1

      Whatever floats your boat and makes you happy. :) It's normal since your nervous system is affected when you make your workouts but it also depends on how you make them and there are ways and techniques to avoid this type of stress - the stress you are referring to is not an emotional one but of the nervous system.
      You get used to it, you body is adapting, it just takes time.
      In my case, it helps releasing endorphines and I feel awesome, like a better person after a work out. I feel more confident and improves my mood. So ... It's a subjective matter.
      But there are objective benefits as well as humans are wired and designed to move and be active rather than stay on a desk all day long. The latter is not that natural for humans. I lead this kind of life the whole winter (without moving a lot) and it was terrible for my body and mind. Regards!
