Thank You for such a wonderful interview. John Yeh is s treasure! Good to hear a plug for my friend Matthew Bordoshuk, a fabulous woodwind technician, on overhauling the CSO’s Contrabass Clarinet.

Thank you for sharing your career story including personal life to make all the details better understood. You often talk about gestures of generosity that you have received and you are just as generous with others, thank you very much!

Thank you Ed for another outstanding interview! I was fortunate enough to first hear John play Debussy (and perhaps Neilson) at the Naumberg competition at Carnegie Hall. I was sitting next to Stanley Drucker and Leon Russianoff--what an amazing event!
John was superb then as he is now. His clip of the Weber Concertino with the Chicago Clarinet Ensemble is one that I share with students who are preparing the piece for All state auditions. A truly outstanding live performance…. tempo, articulation, dynamics and gorgeous tone rendered in service to the composition. His recordings are also first rate.

I’ve enjoyed several of your interviews, and look forward to viewing more of them. I’d like to suggest someone you might interview, which is Michelle Anderson. I have learned much about playing the clarinet from her videos and classes, and also from being a member of her Clarinet Transformation Community.
