Pro tip, use your storage container for long-term staple items (like rice, flour, coffee grounds, nuts), not snacks. You’ll go through those way quicker and will have to refill all the time which is just a waste of time. Hope that helps! 💛

I kept getting mouth sores, like one a month. I learned sodium lauryl sulfate can cause them so I switched to a toothpaste without that in it and I’ve been good ever since!
I feel you on the procrastinating. It’s my finals week for summer semester. I am so burnt out on school right now. I finished one class early but still have two classes left. I’m also starting a new diet and trying new recipes for meal prepping. I am so overwhelmed and I keep taking way too long of breaks to watch Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. I think it helps to see more people that are motivated to remind us that if we want something we need to work hard. But it’s also majorly important to relax and take a break.

For me I feel better just making a list of everything I have to do so I at least don’t forget anything but sometimes not everything has to be done in one day. It’s good to spread it out during the week and to the stuff u need first and then the other stuff later.
