Sir, I have changed the parameters to metric, but every time I start a new project it comes back with imperial measurements, does not save the changes, why is that?

I think you just need to start new projects with the Metric template. It might default to Imperial. Check out this link from Autodesk and let me know if this doesn’t fix it for you. knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Revit-how-to-change-defaults-from-metric-to-imperial-or-vice-versa.html

@@HyperfineArchitecture Thank you, it did help! I also noticed that when installing Revit you can choose from a drop down menu to uncheck US Metric or Imperial (both are checked by default) and maybe that will only install one measurement.

sir i have a question i have a ceiling plan in auto cad i import to rivet and i modeling walls door every thing and i was going in ceiling level i can see my ceiling plan i made in cad so i hope can you help me thank you

When you import CAD it goes to the level of the view you’re in. So it will probably be at the elevation of your floor. Your floor plan is usually at 48” looking down so you can see the DWG. The RCP will be at 48” but looking up. Select the DWG and change the level offset to move it up. Then play with the View Range settings so you can see it in RCP

buy the 30x40 revit template, they should do a tutorial in Spanish to know how to integrate it in meters, I need help to use it in 4-level plans :((

The template is for styling presentation views. The expectation is that people who purchase this already have a basic understanding of elementary Revit functions.
