Doctor Ross Perry became Australia's first registered bird specialist vet many years ago and is regarded as an expert and authority on many areas of bird health. I would love to see licensing required for people wishing to own parrots in Australia. Especially rainbow lorikeets. People just don't do enough homework before purchasing these little guys. Humans do NOT have the right to keep them caged up. How do we get this happening? Is it even possible do you think?

Hey, I really enjoy your videos and find them extremely helpful. but My buddy, citri, has scaly face and I don't know how to treat it?
Can you please help me? Also his feet are turning a light gray color, is it some thing to worry about?
He was bought at the age of 10 weeks old, 1 august 2014. A reply will be very useful, my last budgie died of scaly face, I'm really worried, there are no proper avian vets in England.
