I've been a long time Joico Moisture Recovery fan but ended up buying all new Mizani products and I'm extremely impressed. I absolutely loved what it did for my hair. I also bought the Paul Mitchel shampoo and it definitely cleaned me well and gave me a good base for the moisturizing products. I purchased your heat protectant, and it's the bomb. It detangles, and leaves my hair very soft.
The Rusk Speed freak is a bomb dryer . It drys hair so fast even on the cool setting

I've been using those same Paul Mitchell products for over 10 years. Nothing gets my hair cleaner than their clarifying shampoo
I do my own blow outs when I can’t get to my Dominican stylist friend but that’s not a silk press. So sweet for you to share your tips and techniques. Looks like I am about to make a little investment on a few items lol Thank You!!

Not the shampoo, but it was an oil and it worked absolute wonders on my hair! So, I see why you achieve such awesome silk press results. You shared before that you used Paul Mitchell #2 shampoo and The Detangler, because I bought it because of you! I don't find the shampoo to be that clarifying though, the Curly-Kinky shampoo is the best clarifying to me. The Paul Mitchell shampoo still left my hair feeling kinda oily, not completely washed, but I'll just use along with the other shampoo, THe Detangler is a good conditioner.

If and when you get a chance, can you show us how to get a good curl using the flat iron?? the only good curl I can do is a flip up curl. LOL. is it all in the wrist?? or the iron makes a difference?

Hey Janay!....You mentioned you were looking for a good blow dryer....well....please check out Valetca Paramount hair dryers. These are professional high end hair dryers. In my opinion, they are definitely worth the money. I have relaxed hair and I cannot sit under a dryer because heat is torture and it takes so long for my hair. I have the purchased the one with the lowest decibels because I want to minimize the risk to my ears from loud noise exposure. They're also very lightweight...some are 1 lb or less....which minimizes stress on your hands and wrists. Cosmotologic ergonomics is essential too and I know you know all about it. I flatironed my hair yesterday and it looks like a blow out. Idk what i did wrong i think i need a serum or something.

Was your hair like really clean? Clarify it and use skinny serum. I love it if not hair is Ughhh 22 bucks a year of great silk presses.

Yes I understand I went to school but didnt finish but I'm like a physician youd know mist things...other times you must wing it. I thought you said cold air vs. Heat when they have in a cap... my hair is predictable 1 min its short then it grows out, its straight then curly... I ain't been in hair school in a while and things has changed new techniques..etc...but you keep it up👌

Can we get an updated version of this video ? My daughter has thick, dense, 4b/4c hair I’m not sure what products I should use for her. I have fine, thin hair that’s not dense 4a/4b texture so I know I can’t do her hair like mine

When your flat ironing how do you prevent that burnt hair smell? Do you just put heat protectant on the hair when your blow drying and no product when you flat iron?
Apply your heat protectants when your hair is freshly washed before your blow-dry ! And if needed your serum before the iron touches your hair
