      @@CesarSandoval024 It is a very good first step, however it does not give you the grace of absolution for your sins.
      It is only in the Sacrament of confession with a priest that you obtain it. Jesus gave that power to his apostles, and just as it was not the apostles who forgave, but Christ through them, likewise it is not the priest who forgives you. to forgive, if not Christ through him, because He wanted it that way, and God is a God of order.
      God bless you, and remember that the devil always takes away your shame to sin, and returns it to you when you want to confess, take courage, God with you

    This is excellent. I have a feeling that the work of Fr Martins in these presentations, has the distinct inspiration of Our Beloved Holy Spirit behind it. These episodes inspired by Fr Martins' actual experiences, are in 'The Spirit of Truth'
    This second series has a different feel about it, a further development built on the foundation of the first series. I'm sure that this work will be a potent contribution in the battle against against 'spiritual wickedness in high places'.
    We must all pray to The Mother of God, asking Her to enfold Fr Martins in Her Holy Veil of Protection and for Her to pray to Our Beloved Holy Trinity on his behalf.

    I think the acting has actually improved, and I didn't think it was bad in Season 1.
    It's kind of weird listening to this on CZcams. I always went to my Wi-Fi TV upstairs to listen on iheart radio. Now I'm listening in a different location,. I have to get used to the different routine. I'll certainly go to the podcast link at times, as well.
    Tbh, I'm still more drawn to Fr. Martins's role as caretaker of the relics. He has come to two parishes near me, before this podcast began, but I was disappointed by other obligations preventing me from going. One day I hope to be able to venerate the relics.

    1,2,3,4 I noticed this style of counting as well from people who have traumatic sexual experiences. Mostly survivors of sexual abuse inflicted by secret societies. It is used in the Entertainment Industry as well, like Sia’s Chandelier. Btw, that song is about child sexual abuse.
    I wonder if this type of Counting is demonic, a broken number because 3 is a perfect number. And if the abusers who does this are possessed.

    That was legit disturbing. Especially when listening alone at night and then during the scene of the husband manifesting in front of his wife after being blessed with holy water- the audio began skipping, going from normal volume to soft, and then loud, stopping, starting again. That’s happened before while listening to other things on my phone so it’s not completely unusual. Usually it’s a bad cord causing the wonkyness but the timing was I have to admit, unsettling.

    I still prefer the word devil to the Greek word demon which derives from daemon, or 'spirit.' An evil spirit, in Greek, is 'kakodaemon,' just as 'agathodaemon,' is 'good spurit.' You could say that Saint Michael the Holy Archangel is the 'Archestrategos,' or 'prinary strategist' of every Agathodaemon in the Celestial Hierarchy.

    I did have a question for Fr. Carlos. Why was the use of the name of the Holy Archangel St. Uriel condemned at the Council of Rome 745 A.D.? He is featured as one of the seven named Archangels in the mosaic art of the Saint Louis Basilica. I realize there are good reasons for the exhortation of avoiding the naming of celestial beings in Hebrew, because people could get too obsessed with collecting the names of nearly an indinite number of blessed (or not so blessed) spirits. My parents pucked up a set of small statues from the EWTN gift shop that included St. Uriel and the three better known Archangels. St. Uriel is holding a sword and just by a simple contemplation, I believe personally he is an Archangel of penance, and the sword represents the sun and time itself. Our history could end by way of the sun eventually, but hopefully no time soon. After losing my beloved Catholic mom, of blessed memory recently, I lost a beat friend but for a rime. I believe Purgatory also has some kind of continuity of time, known as Aevirnity, but Paradise is Eternal. Or what I like ro call 'Eternality,' like the word reality. So, unfortunately, we have to contend against 'Infernality.' That us where those 'shadow-like' beings reside. I think the Devil and his evil spirits are in sone way, ever present in the torments if Gehinnom, so I believe what an Exorcist does is pray for 'binding' that holy celestial spirits do to restrain any actions the infernal spirits try to accomplish theough a possessed person. Thus, the bibding of Asmodeus by Saint Raphael in the Book of Tobit (my favorite OT book).

    • @AndrewDolder
      @AndrewDolder Před měsícem +2

      Uriel is NOT identified in a book in the Catholic Canon of Scripture. He is identified in an apocryphal book that the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church did NOT accept. We are therefore encouraged to seek the intercession of saints we know for a fact exist, such as Saints Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel.
      Also, note that the mosaic art of the Saint Louis Basilica is NOT canonical.

    Why does Father Martin not play himself?

    • @kevhill8106
      @kevhill8106 Před měsícem +2

      Good question! One of the many answers is most probably that his function within The Holy Ministry of Deliverance is not something he could possibly dramatise.This work is very real and sorrowful. When a consecrated priest utters the words of the rite of exorcism, he has to be very very serious.
      Also, perhaps Fr Martins needs an emphatic break from all things exorcism. which is after all, direct confrontation with unspeakably vile entities. They have gleefully masterminded, encouraged and directly inflicted unspeakable suffering (genocide, war, murder, psychological and sexual abuse, motiveless destruction) countless times, for many centuries since the Fall, on human beings, innocent animals and the rest of creation. Each one of these entities are immeasurably intelligent psychopaths who have committed unspeakable evil, millions of times.
      Fr Martins is after all, a celebrant and minister of The Blessed Sacrament first and foremost.
