  • This method is not 100% working but its worth a try. In 4 motherboard i only recovered 1.. You just have to dried out all the water from motherboard before plugging in.
    Peace Out

I add this in hopes that it helps someone else in their particular situation...
I had the same problem and with me it was really “Memory Problems.” Not just “memory” on the motherboard but also - in my head.
I was recently dealing with a roughly 10 year old motherboard. It was an LGA1366 Socket - DDR3 Memory 2000+ - “Intel DX58S02“ board. Recently it went wacky on me - so I decided to order a used replacement on ebay for $60.00.
When I get it delivered and snap it in (unlike the previous board) this one did give me the three beeps on bootup. Then I removed the CMOS battery (recommended in a few videos) and the beeping stopped - but, it went into doing the exact same thing the old board was doing. It would cycle through a bunch of different status codes - and no beeps. I removed all devices (even the ram chips and video card) - no beeps !
Also, previously (while doing the re-install of this board) I slipped up and was a bit overly aggressive in grabbing the CPU hold-down plate and accidentally scrapped the grid of micro pins with my over grown fingernail. - and bent a few. Luckily, I found a YT video on using a single edged razor blade (not to cut) but instead to just gently slip it in the rows of hundreds of pins (vertically and horizontally) and just rock it side-to-side to re-align all the pins - on the X & Y axis.
Anyway, I’m watching some of these YT videos on dead mother boards and nothing is working for me. As I said before, replacement board is now doing the exact same thing as the older one. I did the part of replacing the ram sticks on the first slot (the slot I had always used) - to see if it was a faulty ram stick. I tried all 4 of my exactly same spec 8GB sticks I had - no change.
I’m on the edge of totally giving up (thinking that I was sold a bad motherboard - and that I want my $60 back) and then I decide to take just one ram stick and try it on each of the ram slots. This board has 3 RAM channels - 2 slots to each channel (6 slots total). It’s when I get to the 4th slot (with that one stick) - that’s when the beeping starts, then stops, the same repeating status codes change and a video signal is sent to the monitor. The CMOS showed what I think was a very slow scan for what the previous owner of the board had installed - and failure!, failure!, failure!, failure! comments popped up when it couldn’t find these devices. Then it seemed to start scanning for new devices and updating it’s inventory list, and then it switched to its usual posting routine and brought up the desktop login screen.
So then I decide to add another ram stick - and when I try to boot up, everything is screwed up again - except now - I’m still hearing the three and two sets of beeps again.
At the beginning I said that this was also a problem with the memory in my head - as in, I forgot something because of all the years that had passed. I forgot that...
I had done a bios flash update way back then which allowed the other RAM sticks to work. Apparently, that was never done by the replacement board’s previous owner.
So, the questions for you all struggling now are:
    1. How many years have you had your board?
    2. Did you forget any details of things you did as “work-arounds” (or things that you chose to ignore) to get your board working way back then?

well that's good to clean like that but it can take a week before you use them, make it sure no moisture or water in the MOBO. Another way how make faster to dry the Mobo use Lighter Fluid to make fast then use the Blower

yeah some technician they use that if they have no choise because some particle that ground to the pin/small pin it may cause a grounded of the MOBO that's why they wash the MOBO, but for sure you can use a Lighter Fluid to dry up the MOBO fasterly

use lighter fluid for faster and safer cleaning of boards, also try to replace caps , make sure to use low ers caps of the same rating.
pag wala pa rin try to replace the fets (fets should be removed from the board to properly test it)
