      If you have the right skills, you keep your station organized, and you prep for success the rest is muscle memory. Next thing you know it’s last call and you break down your station then have a few beers with the crew.

    Hey jack thanks as usual for the great vid. Can you make a video about how you manage and memorize all those food tickets at the same time? Like what you cook first and manage cooking times while also starting incoming tickets? as a novice cook I've been struggling with that

    How long did it take to memorize all recipies? And how do you stay so calm with tons and tons of tickets?

      Usually only takes a couple days to memorise the recipes, a while longer to get a good system down to where you can cook 100+ pans a night, just comes with experience. There is a job to do and no reason stressing out and making it more difficult for yourself and your whole team. Thanks for the comment 🔪🔪
