People don't realize how hard it is.
I understand. This is challenging work, and I have the most profound respect and admiration for this chef's skills, speed, and attention to detail.
Another banger vid chef keep it up
damn knife skills on point good stuff. love the vids keep it up.
Thanks for putting up this vid!
I’m new to the industry as a small cafe owner and coming from IT industry, this helps a lot to understand the work routines of restaurant kitchen keeping! 🙌🏼❤️☀️😇
It's amazing to me that you guys can keep your sanity in such a pressured environment without freaking out, and turn out top quality food at such a hectic pace. I love your dedication and your terrific videos. Keep them coming. (me, from North Carolina, U.S.A.
If you have the right skills, you keep your station organized, and you prep for success the rest is muscle memory. Next thing you know it’s last call and you break down your station then have a few beers with the crew.
Another great video chef ❤ keep em coming brother
great stuff chef
Miss being in the kitchen. Love the vids dude!
Love your vids man, an absolute master at work. You deserve way more views! Do you mind telling me what the puree is on the baked fish dish and what type of fish you use? the one with the olives, cherry toms and carrots.
Cauliflower, dill and caper puree on the bottom with our local Gold band snapper from Western Australia
@JackHiggott Sounds amazing, thanks mate
Hey jack thanks as usual for the great vid. Can you make a video about how you manage and memorize all those food tickets at the same time? Like what you cook first and manage cooking times while also starting incoming tickets? as a novice cook I've been struggling with that
Will try too absolutely mate
Enjoyed the vid. Thanx chef. All the way from Oman.
Thanks mate 🔪🔪
What curry did u make in the video is look lovely
Some good music playing in the kitchen!
What kind of sauce do you guys use on your fish taco’s?
What is the name of business in W.A?
Great video what were you chopping into matchstick style thickness was it celery ?
Leeks ( to be deep fried for garnish
Thanks for the reply, Jack great stuff
Where's your restaurant location
How long did it take to memorize all recipies? And how do you stay so calm with tons and tons of tickets?
Usually only takes a couple days to memorise the recipes, a while longer to get a good system down to where you can cook 100+ pans a night, just comes with experience. There is a job to do and no reason stressing out and making it more difficult for yourself and your whole team. Thanks for the comment 🔪🔪
Nice work chef, why do you think the covers have gone down so much ?
It’s just our slow season atm
I want to be a head chef in my own restaurant one day, but that means I’ll have to sacrifice everything 💀
What knife do you use?
Kasumi
Is that curry with that shimp or fish??
What's the name of the restaurant you work at if you dont mind me asking
Nevermind. Figured it out. I was asking cause I was thinking of exploring Western Australian this year in August.
