One thing you could've showcased is his cool way to outplay Fiora. He goes with Q3 on her and, of course, she parries it. But, instead of getting stunned and losing the trade, he immediately flashes to the side of her while she's still in the animation for W and starts casting his R. So, not only does he not get outtraded, he is using her own outplay button to set up his R while she's stuck in the animation. It lines up perfectly where the R hits just after she's done.
He outplays her by using her outplaying 😱😱😩😩

Probably one of my favorite things about how he plays is how perfectly he plays around towers. There are dozens of clips of him outplaying 1, 2, 3, even 4-man dives.

This guy is mechanically good and godly with his game sense, even if he is behind he always finds a way to get damage and win their game, IMO he is one of the best Yasuo/Yone main i have seen for a good while before Arkadata
With my experience on Yone, he usually does damage regardless once he has shieldbow and IE but Jesus the plays shown in the vid are next level

Yeah, it's not the player, Yone and Yasuo just have this property of scaling hard and statchecking anyone even if you play horribly and fed.

@@TigreExtremo I agree he's strong but only conditionally. Yone is merely "flexible" making him a monster in the right hands (a bit like Lee).
People claim Yone "stat-checks" but in reality if you can sidestep and dodge his q1 q2 OR q3, his dps goes down a lot. I feel everyone ignores basic principles of dodging skillshots if its not telegraphed or is not as impactful like a Lee Q or a thresh Q.
Before everyone gets triggered by my opinion, please try and implement the sidestep strat. It works wonders against Yone and Yasuo. Often fundamental principles go overlooked.

Yone is so much fun in top but tbh u need a lot of mindset changes in trades if u r coming from playing mid cuz top bruisers are not squishy anymore and E is mostly used to dodge instead of active trade instead
Imagine laning as yone vs irelia LMFOA
on top, the wave management is rly important, when the wave stands in a good spot you can trade with E more aggressive and win most trades if not behind. in mid, wavemanagement isnt so important, the lane is way shorter, its more like who can push faster and then roam to impact the map/ getting kills. also you play vs weak mages or assassins who cant fight back like the duelists or juggernauts. yone isnt a good first pick too on top, so maybe get a solid first pick and have yone as a backup option for certain matchups, i like to pick him in range toplaners where his gap closers are rly helpful.

The greatest compliment ive gotten in a while in league is being called Dzukill's long lost brother after carrying my team w/ Yone top vs otp sett.
Finally, been waiting since this upload on main channel :)
After I started watching dzukill I also started to love yone. Everything he does seems so clean and cool and that made me start to play yone as well.
This guy is an absolute god, literally playing every situation as perfect as possible, it's crazy. He is aware of every factor in a fight and literally inches out every advantage he can out of his abilities.
But it doesn't matter because he is playing Yone and you can't tell the difference between a him and a silver first timing him.
This guy has great mechanics and yet this whole video was about all about the same standard principles for "weak early game champions that don't want to be runned down in lane". Legit Garen guide

one thing i've noticed about solo q yone players is that they try to use their e as an aggressive ability to get kills. they don't abuse the fact that yone has no mana costs and although his e has a relatively long cool-down, it's definitely worth using the dash or unstoppable portion (e2) to dodge enemy abilities. his e is literally one of the strongest defensive AND aggressive abilities in the game

Not gonna lie, he reminds me of Arkadata. Arkadata revolutionized the way we play Yasuo, he popularized playing him on top lane. He devised builds, combos (yes they were known before but only by a handful of people and nobody wanted to make them public). Seriously, Yasuo had 0% player rate on top before Arkadata, the entire flashy outplay gameplay Yasuo has is PURELY because of him. As a matter of fact, Arkadata made Yasuo top possible by consistently outplaying his opponents, which is what Dzukill is doing but on Yone. Yone's top player rate has skyrocketed ever since Dzukill became known. Hopefully high elo doesn't burn him out like it did Arkadata.

I 1v3'd a morgana, caitlyn, and ahri simply because I timed my E's sidestep with their charms and stuns. Then I Q3'ed and Ulted and they just died.

keep in mind that yone e shows whether or not pressing or going back in his e will kill the enemy. the symbol on top shows it, if it's black it'll execute/kill them. most of his trades keep that in mind so he doesn't tank an unnecessary tower shot and die.
