I would remove SNF; although, it is what you consider a crowd place 99.9% of residents was at a point under acute care and checked off cxr, then every admission is screened with a step 2 ppd.

I was wondering if you knew that here in Canada (Ontario) since 2005, RN require a BScN to register (no more 3 yr diploma program) ... I was wondering what your thoughts are on this? They claim it was done as an effort to fill the Nursing instructor shortage we are experiencing, I think its a horrible idea, that is basically saying that a BScN graduate is more qualified to teach nursing that a highly experienced RN with a Diploma .. How can a new grad possibly be qualified to teach nursing, when they do not have any practical nursing experience?? What do you think about this??
Hey Mike, I'm having trouble with medication reconstitution. I get the actual process of doing it, the only thing I'm confused about is what to do with all the number. The more I read and read I just don't get it! Can you please make a video on how to work with formulas for medication reconstitution.
I know you dont do Canadian CRNE ... I wasn't asking about that, I was just curious about your opinion in the fact that RN have to have their BScN here now to practice or test as RNs? ...but I do watch your videos because Im prepping for the American NCLEX in Michigan
