- This place in Mumbai is very popular for their unique fusion dishes. They serve dish called Cheese Pulda Sandwich or you can also called an Indian version of french toast. The only difference is that it's made from besan or gram flour instead of eggs. First they dip the breads in besan batter, then top it with vegetables and put lot of butter on top. Pudla sandwich is garnished with good amount on cheese on top. It's very yummy veg. adaptation of french toast.

*The guy is wearing gloves to keep his hand clean dry and to keep them from getting messy coz of continuously touching raw tomato onion chees etc , he is a firm believer of save water campaign ,so if he will touch raw item then he'll have to wash his hands again and again , and he I'll waste the water*
*This is nothing about food hygiene or the customer's safety... because if it was about that ,then he would have never touched the food with his bare hands after preparing it.*
*P.S: yes i am making fun of the vendor cuz i believe if you want to give hygienic and safe product to your customers then take hygeine seriously or dont fool people. Hygiene is a demand of todays time...and you have to provide it properly for the safety or others*
