Furthermore when the silver car did pull out the black car still had enough time and space to avoid the accident, but instead chose to plow forward and hit not just the silver car but a parked car as well. The fault for this incident lies squarely on the shoulders of the person driving the black car.

I've been homeless. I think the guy talking about anxiety meant to show that we always think people are always judging us hence causing us anxiety. Like people care what we are wearing or if we're walking funny or they all turn to look at us when we walk into a room. This is a lesson actually taught to people with anxiety. "You're not that special" as in... Its not like in the movies, no one really cares what you're doing and they're probably too busy worrying about their own insecurities to notice yours.
