He's not a ranger guy, that would require being in the 75th ranger regiment. He's a Calvary soldier that was in the 1st cav division. he has a "ranger tab," that's just a leadership school. Being a ranger means being selected into the regiment from rasp. Poser lol 😂
Michael yea I know that, but he earned that tab and that title in my book. in not active duty now or will i ever be again unfortunately. but I did serve in the regement and I know there is a big difference but I still respect what this man is doing.

@nick bare. This summer I'm starting two jobs. I've been getting to the gym at five and going to work after and then spending all my free time rucking and running. I don't want to have to get fast food everyday for lunch so I was wondering if you have a link or something to a website of meals that's I could make the night before similar to the meals that you eat when you are on a cut.
