Oh, Imma take that penitentiary chance and make these fries this Sunday. AB's recipes never fail. I'll prep my fries this Saturday, cover them with salt water in a small, food safe bucket from Lowe's and put the whole bucket in the frig. I'll pat them fries dry while my grease getting hot Sunday. I'm ready for these fries already.

I discovered DUI fries in a local burger joint in southern California and now I think I'm putting their kids through college because of how often I'm ordering these fries. They are THAT good. Also I order a side of fried zucchini to go with it, because fried zucchini is damn delicious - especially with a side of buttermilk ranch.

Great recipe for game night and game watching. I would substitute the pastrami for marinated and grilled chicken breast to go with the steak and bacon. I would add more shredded cheese over the fries and the top and serve the melted cheese separately to keep it hot. Definitely love the fries the way to do them! Thanks for the recipe!😊
