RYAN - 1:14:44 - Nailed it !!! Yes... Positive enthusiasm and optimism switches to negative self talk as soon as the clock says 'you're not going to get all of this done!'

Awesome time! I had to hop out early, but so glad to see this recording and hear the panelists answer my question! It was incredible to hear all your insights, especially about "choosing a career" (my key takeaway: using your transferrable skills & joys is key in any job, and a career doesn't have to mean just one job or field, though for some like Dr. P it might) and also prioritizing (choose MVPs, think through consequences). I was smiling throughout and took so many notes. Thanks so much everyone for sharing and being so forthright and relatable.
Love the tech tools show-and-tell idea, but also I'm a victim of tool overload!

What question would you like the panelists to answer in the future?

Hi Aron - I couldn't stay for the duration of the live broadcast so thanks for putting this out - great chat with loads to take from...
My question for the panel - I also use LOTS of reminders but obviously we can't always write down everything we'd like to note that comes up in a day.
Do you have any tips on utilising visual memory? I realised a long time ago, way before my diagnosis, that I can picture everywhere I've ever been in great detail. (In contrast to forgetting almost everything else). Now that I know about ADHD, working memory, etc... I'm trying the system that most competitive memory experts seem to use, in creating vivid, extreme representations of items on a list and link them as a story. I've had a little success, but not much because I haven't actually SEEN the images... I don't know if all the memory experts are NT but, any ideas? Many thanks.
