3 medium onions ( 1 for masala & 2 for later use )
3 large tomatoes
1 kg chicken
2 large capsicum
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 chopped green chilli
half cup water
salt 1 & ½ tsp
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp zeera
1 tsp chilli flakes
achari masala(1 tsp fenugreek, kalwonji, fennel seeds)
1 tbsp coriander
oil ½ cup
