The Officer KIDNAPPED THE EMT worker and the Officer NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
@Biden is Lyin' & Sniffing all those who support a narcissistic liar like trumpy have no room for opinion
and charged with assault, false arrest and reckless indifference to an ambulance patient.
You misspelled the word" arrested".
Let me guess what’s going to happen based on what always happens. The cop has a huge complaint record, the police department is going to use tax dollars to settle the lawsuit, that criminal cop is going to go back on the street building a larger criminal record till he retires. 🤔🤦🏼♂️
Same story because there is no accountability and criminal trial consequences
The accountability is there. It's called "taxpayers footing the bill, as they should". When the taxpayers get tired of having to deal with this they will put a stop to it. Until then, they deserve to pay for the sins of the government they elect. If you think this is bad... wait until God judges all those involved... everyone that voted for this or made excuses...
Same playbook. Every time.
Retires or kills an unarmed person 🤔
They park wherever they want. The more blatantly illegal the more jazzed the officers get about flaunting their entitlement.
@@CD-vb9fi defund unemploy sue imprison remove qualified immunity
So, the EMT was unloading a patient when she bumped the cop car with a door?
WTF was a cop car doing in the unloading zone of an ER?
....and on top of that, my tax dollars paid for that pig car
the sign says " ambulances only " . piggy didn't want to walk and took the easy way inside .
@@mikebunch3189 In reply to Mike Bunch : They (L.E.O.s) park literally wherever they choose regardless of signs and LAWS. I have seen their vehicles "parked" in the middle of the road blocking two lanes. Their freaking convenience outweighs any and ALL safety concerns, easy access for others, and any rights of free travel for we the citizens (general populace). Did you not know that they are blue clad "gods" on this earth? 😅
@@tacattac534 They think they are.
By this attitude they are getting less and less respect every day!
police tend to park wherever they want.
I took pictures of a police vehicle parking in a handicapped parking spot, which was flanked by several , unoccupied, regular spots.
The cop ran into the sub shop nearby, and , when she looked out and saw me came running back out, to claim that she was " parking tactically" due to a robbery alarm sounding.
Must have been a really quick investigation because she was in the shop for less than 20 seconds.
To all Police Officers…..when YOU get injured……the FIRE/EMT are trained to take care of YOU !….The citizens of Rochester should DEMAND this police officer not only be FIRED, but NEVER wear a badge again….Yes….Fire,Police,Ambulance personnel are HELD TO HIGHER STANDARDS. They take care of YOU when you are most vulnerable………
Police take care of themselves and the State. 376 officers from 16 different departments proved that in Uvalde Texas when they left 21 to die at the hands of a 1 madman because of "officer safety". They are not your friends and they are certainly not heroes and according to the Supreme Court they are neither legally nor Constitutionally responsible for safety in anyway.... Gonzales vs. Castle Rock.
Let's not throw away millions of dollars in the training of this officer. Let's admonish him, reassign him, and update his training.
@@TheCabledawg1 no..Fire him….his badge is no different the the fire department badge, bot are peace officers…this cop thinks he is more important than the other “team” members…He does not deserve to wear or carry a badge !
@@mjt4651 If he murdered a person unjustly or hurt someone badly without reason, I might agree with you. His issue can easily be solved with more training. Your idea of throwing him in the trash and then spending another million on a new recruit will not go over well with a city manager. Money is not an infinite resource.
@@TheCabledawg1 does not cost “ millions of dollars” to train a police officer…IT DOES COST MILLIONS OF DOLLARS when they get sued by victims…city managers do understand that !
Bet the police department investigates themselves and finds no wrong doing.
I bet a few cops what to punch him in the face.
Next time the EMT hears an "officer down" call.

The police union didn't see a problem with what the cop did.
The EMT must have punctured this cops ego ballon when he began demanding that he was much more important than any other individual on the scene. What an asshole he must be, in every aspect of his miserable life.
This is assault under the color of law.
He should be charged accordingly.
Can’t be bothered to protect children, but how dare someone bump the door of an improperly parked patrol vehicle 🤦🏻
THIS IS 2 LAW SUITS 1 FROM THE PATIENT AND 1 FROM THE MONROE EMPLOYEE
Cops are NOT above the law. He essentially kidnaps this poor girl.
Imagine if you’re in a parking lot and someone bumps your door, that DOES NOT give you the right to assault that person. Yet he used his badge and abuse of power to essentially kidnap her.
they are actually above the law. they can do anything they want, WITH qualified immunity. untill that is abolished, nothing will change
Another cop out of control. That cop didn't care if that patient died over a bump to a car that didn't even belong to him it belongs to the taxpayers of Rochester.
It’s just ego and it’s scary how many cops have such big ones.
You know this is where officers really need to be held accountable and if you are going to arrest a nurse or an EMT or a firefighter and the line of duty while he or she is taking care of a patient then I think that officer needs to be charged with patient abandonment end of discussion.
In this situation, and others like it, the cop is trying to act BEYOND THE SCOPE OF HIS JOB and BEYOND HIS ABILITY. Cops have to be told (by the cop's chief) that they can *NOT* go everywhere and can *NOT* stick their nose in situations unless it's directly relevant to policing.
It's not reality to expect Law Enforcement Officers to understand the law, enforce the law and have common sense all at the same time. That's why they get the same "Qualified Immunity " as a judge does for sending an innocent man to prison for life. Now do you understand how the system works?
How big must your ego be to react like this? It's not even his personal car.
One word, “Disgusting”!
The nerves that some of these idiots in uniform have when they wear that badge and hold a gun is beyond description. He should not only be fired, but he should be sued and all his benefits cut immediately.
"DETAINED!" HE ASSAULTED HER! What a way to report!? Why??? Because she's black? Shame on you!
No…because he has an EGO……..Fire Him
No matter what they do you defend them huh
Uncomfortable situation for a professional that felt entitled to park in an Ambulance Loop.
Hindering a patient of care and exasperating the entire situation by detaining the EMT.
My heart goes out to the patient.
SMH...so the EMT gets no sympathy for wrongfully being arrested and trying to give care to the patient. To be honest, your reply doesn't surprise me.If the EMT was someone who looked like you, you would be outraged about the officers actions.
@@booboo1343 It seems you misinterpreted my message.
I inferred the Investigator was an entitled POS outed for his horrible behavior.
@@booboo1343 the lady condemned the officer's behavior and addressed that detaining the EMT was wrong. Nothing seems good enough for you 🤣🤣
The patient should sue the officer for endangering their lives! The EMT needs to sue for false arrest assault and battery you name it. I think the award should be about 250,000 for the patient and 1,000,000 1/2 for the EMT. And for the officer 7 to 10 years behind bars!
He would shot an innocent person without even blank
This reminds me of the video where a miami cop and his buddy blocked the entrance to the emergency room in order to chat between cars. A man was bringing his wife to the ER. He honked at the cop to move and in retaliation, the cop detained them for 20 minutes to fish for warrants and possibile infractions.
What?!
Yup. I saw that. Meanwhile, the woman/wife he was taking to the emergency room sat there suffering while this went on. She could have DIED in those 20 minutes! What ever happened to THAT cop?
I saw that, the disgusting cop got to keep his job, his disgusting chief saw no problem….. F that department!
Desk admin is ridiculous. Police have more protection than medical staff. Not a surprise we no longer want to be bedside.
Caring more about the exterior of a car than a medical patient Is the definition of sociopathy- how did this person get the job to begin with?
I certainly hope the emt gets justice and a big check. hopefully, the cop will make an appearance on ODMP
He was having a Bad Day. He found out his wife was cheating on him. Wonder why?
Hope she divorced
With everything that's going on our policing continues to suffer. Its Culture over Policy every single time!
This cop needs to be reassigned to Uvalde Texas
Yeah that pig will loss his qualified immunity and get sued. He park his vehicle where the space is reserved for ambulances and he had to nerve to act indignant. Some people abuse the power given to them.
These people keep saying its miltarylized when the police do something bad. At lease in the miltary you go to prison for something like this
Interfering with a nurse providing emergency care sounds like reckless endangerment to me. Too bad qualified immunity and prosecutorial discretion means he will never even be charged.
POLICE: "We have investigated ourselves in this matter, and find no wrongdoing".
Imagine this cop getting shot on his job and this emt shows up to take care of him. If she said to him remember me I can see the expression on his face.
Ah yes administrative duty. He's going to stay at the same pay and get shuffled off to some other county or out of state
Is there an video / update?
Good to see the officer was punished.
Lol, so if the EMT sues and wins (deservedly so), the cost is way higher than a ding / scratch on the police car 🤣. not to make light of it though.. officer stormed into an emergency center and removed an EMT helping a patient.. not only criminal behavior but shows low IQ 🤦🏽♂️
In my state of Indiana. There’s a law on the books that states that a medical professional cannot be hindered from Completing their duties while in an emergency situation!
It would be funny if the cop had to pay out his salary. Unfortunately it's the tax payer who pays. This system is little crazy if you think about it....The EMT is a tax payer so she will be paying for this lawsuit also.
I hope administrative duty involve cleaning the police station toilets. Both EMT and the patient should sue the officer.
This cop acted stupidly! He's done! Where's blue live matter?
There should be a National Registry for LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS .
Having one would keep other departments across the country from hiring these people with bad or poor performance records from being rehired at other departments across the country . This is a simple solution to this problem and would keep these officers off of and out of being rehired in some other community.
The police officer attacket an government employee as she was performing her duty.
Is that obstruction?
I wonder what fate would have befallen her if she had attacked him?
And all for a car door.
The dobbel standard is blatant.
Time to include police unions in ALL lawsuits.
That cop needs to be fired, NOT reassigned!
THIS VIDEO OF A COP ATTACKING AN EMT WHILE SHE WAS CARING FOR A PATIENT SHOULD SPARK OUTRAGE IN EVRY PERSON WHO SEES THIS . UNLESS THERE WAS SOME UNKNOWN GOOD REASON WHY THIS COP DID WHAT HE DID , THAT COP SHOULD BE FIRED AND JAILED
Fire the cop and charge him with felony assault !
Why were the police officer park there anyway in the ambulance space
Cop needs to he charged with felonys
These people are never fired 😡 We already have to be on high alert with patients and we need to be afraid of the police too? I mean, I grew up in poverty so I’ve always feared the police, but…
Sadly this bully has another 30 days to go on his suspension and will be back on the job just in time for Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas. I hope his record was examined closely, and I hope any other incidents where he loses his temper and exercise his poor judgment when he is overcome by the contempt of cop fit of pique result in his permanent removal as a law-enforcement officer
He should face charges and be in jail by Halloween following his firing.
When will news reporters starting this as 'the cop goes on a paid vacation' OR as this appears to be 'the cop goes on Light Duty, as if he is Recovering'
They should not get $1 until the investigation is done if found innocent give them back pay.
This cop must be fired AND should get therapy.
So the idiot is still being paid and has just been reassigned! We need to look a lot deeper then just the cops that do these things! We need to look at hiring, training, management of these forces!
Castle Rock vs Gonzalez
~Police are not required to risk their lives to save people. Emergency services can't be sued for being as slow and ineffective.
WTF does that have to do with this incident? Grow up and quit trying to be a troll
In some groups? No This struck most all citizens!
To the cop in this video: If you can’t control your temper over a stupid little accident, you do NOT deserve to work in law enforcement everywhere. In fact, if you ever pull a stunt like that in New York City, you will lose you job AND your freedom forever.
He’s not on here reading comments
According to HIPPA this 'officer' violated the LAW. Arrest this out of control cop for the CRIMES he committed.
JESUS CHRIST!! THAT'S THE REASON!? BECAUSE HER DOOR HIT HIS CAR WHILE THEY WERE BOTH PARKED IN THE EMERGENCY PARKING SPOTS!? 🤨
what was his patrol car doing in the ambulance bay??? he knows better then to park there ......his ego wrote a check his ass can't cash
This boils down to "emt tapping the cop car", now if this is AT the horspital
I would be asking what the hell is the officer doing parking at in a ambolance unloading zone
So a cop shows up and thinks he's a hero with a gun there to save what!
What a fool!
Feelings enforcer!
GET YOUR WORDS OUT MR.MICHAEL
Officer should be rassigned to home forever. If her car door hit his car door you exchange insurance information once the EMT as finished her duties to the patient. Tbis manhandling is far too common among people the age of this police officer.
Doing an internal investigation? Yeah right!👎 It seems like the department will just sweep it under the carpet not knowing the guilty sin still remains.
Yeah let us investigate ourselves and send the cop on paid leave. What a joke
It’s very rare police officers are truly held accountable for there actions I’ve seen many do ANYTHING to make it seem like the police officer was in the right
It's not even HIS car.
I know, right? company vehicle of a sort.
Dude sounds like a robot I wanna hear real people bruh
His ego was hurt
He has to be fired and banned from policing.
If I commit a crime can I be put on administrative leave like an officer can and still collect paycheck until they find out if I'm guilty or by the way I'm a dishwasher I'm being serious same as saying I'm investigating myself and found no wrongdoing
My daughter is a nurse in this health care system, she would have given him a 21 blade where sun don't shine
8 months old. What is the outcome of this issue!
He should be let go period
Paid suspension is paid vacation
Just another day in a police state!
He's parked in an illegal spot with while there is no emergency for him to be there u preventing her from doing her job wow
Cops that interfere with an ambulance or EMT doing their job should either be fired or given duty AWAY from the public (and never going back on the street).
They should be charged, jailed and fired immediately!
Back the Blue....into a corner.
Aim high. They wear Kevlar
Wow ok. I just seen another video of this and they didn't say why she was handcuffed
i was actualy agreeing with the spokesperson until i noticed his burn loot murder cap, what a let down!
I suspect, I don't know for sure, but since the ambulance was there with a patient, the cop must have been parked in an ambulance bay... hmmm. sounds suspect to me. !!!!
Why was the cop car so close to the ambulance bay to begin with?
The cop assaulted the EMT ! Period
Abuse
What exactly is Administration Duties?????
There are tons of officers from all over reportedly put on Administrative Duties.
Is there a big building somewhere and they just sit around and get paid???
Why isnt he in jail.?
We have investigated ourselves and determined we did nothing wrong
OH ! MY GOD ! Monroe ambulance employee is handcuffed ! Relax people it's not the end of the world ! Things are going to be fine ! The sun will raise tomorrow as well !
Such drama queens !
We will exercise our prerogative to raise Cain over this outrageous police behavior
I'm waiting for a good apple to beat the shit out of a Bad Apple
Not our good bois
he will get let off
Everybody's being arrested should get the same rights have their jobs and keep on abusing people you want a war against cops against the people you got it
Saw the video very disgusting cop needs a new job
He need a lesson how to taught a lady
THIS A LAW SUIT THAT WILL HAPPEN TO RPD AND THIS OFFICER 👮♂️ AT THE COST OF TAX PAYING CITIZENS
Militarized and thuggish. SOP for cops these days but never fear someone will cover his sorry ass.
Police car parked where? 2:20 "Ambulance Only."
Disband their union , no more immunity , psychological testing , knowledge of the law and constitution , no administration leave with pay , loose all benefits , financially libel and criminal prosecution...
Pig needs to be in general population.
As usual the cop gets a paid vacation. Pathetic.
Obviously the emt cared for patient, as is also obvious officer cared nothing for patient, petty of officer to go that far, what if on highway, does patient die? I've seen officers dump all kinds od thibgs from suspect, and throw on their hood. Smh!!!
Im a former LT and the police dept will investigate the officers actions and find no wrong doing on his part or its own. When EMTs have a patient in their custody until relinqhuished to the ER staff they are responsible for the patients life. That cops job comes second to the life of the patient. The EMT & patient both need to file a lawsuit against the police dept for endangering the life of the patient. The cop needs to be charged and fired including revoked certification. I personally want to see all police in the US required to carry an insurance policy like medical doctors to cover their mistakes and stop paying lawsuits with taxpayer money.
the cop have the right to do what he wants, because only a cop knows what to do and how to treat people, they dont need a judge to prosecute anyone, so they can shoot everyone they want, no question need to ask!
