How much does it cost to live in England? 2023 update

Two years ago we did a video talking about our monthly expenses as college students living on campus accommodation. However, a lot as change since we last posted that video, such as the fact that we no longer live on campus! So we thought it would be a good idea to update you on how much we are spending a month nowadays. We really hope you like this video! :)

Campus accommodation is actually more expensive in my experience because they are charging you to clean the place, for postage handling and security. Considering how many times our site was broken into for theft, or some weirdo wandered in....because of other stupid complacent students - it was a waste of money. I found a really cheap way was to rent a room per term as Easter and Xmas holidays were up to a month long so I saved money there. I also wasn't afraid to take a tiny "broom cupboard" room in my last year because I knew I would be on campus from 8 in the morning until late! The security guards would have to throw me out at 10.30 pm! 3rd year is one long marathon. :D

Hi! Unfortunately, there aren’t too many tourist attractions here in Hatfield, besides Hatfield House and Mill Green Museum. You also have the Galleria, which is an outlet mall. Hope this helps! :)
