@blondechi We use a number of foams when we make mascot heads. The main foam used to carve the head in this video is called Etha Foam and can be purchased from ( weirdkidstore.com ). It would be kind of cool if someone mass produced these costumes in the form of all types of popular characters Like sonic the hedge hog or my little pony or Zootopia Cosplay might be a fairly profitable venture Just something to think about
