Jokic needs a competent bench. They're pretty damn terrible at this moment.
It's how it works, a way to balance the teams. Teams that pick good, trade good, get into the big contracts. Once "helpers" show class, they have a financial leverage and go away for better pay, the leaders get max deals and that keeps the team away from mid-tier players. It's not a wish your life world, good so.
