I wonder if the reason why Genesis is dominating nation time trial but M6 is on top for daily C is related to the wind. On daily It's slowing you down at the exit of turn 1 which is not good for the lap time. On nations u can look for the wind that will give u an extra 0,150 on the first sector. Maybe Genesis is just getting more benefit out of the back wind there.
Wonderfully detailed. The red line showing the line and the attention you pay to braking inputs are really helpful.

Another great guide Kie not been able to drive for a while old ftball injury (Back) come back to haunt me . Hopefully back soon to take advantage of the guides.
I'm not a good driver. I'm better now that I finally got a wheel (not a sick ass pro one, just a G923) but this video helped me go from 47s and 48s....to 44s and 45s consistently.
I'm still amazed at ppl putting in 41s and 42s..... I'm like....how???

Nice guide Kie. If they let me use soft tires on the Watkins Glen Circuit Experience I'd have all gold by now. The Genesis is a boat, screw up the first turn and you're done, haha.

LEGEND mate, also I think there is a more recent guide in Supra possibly here on soft tyres so maybe Check that out for more accuracy with braking etc 👊

After watching this I was able to bring my time down from 1:46.659 to 1:44.205 and run two very consistent races finishing on the podium in both.
i've gone from a 1:44.9 to 1:42.9 thanks kie
I would mention that difficult pit entry. Also if somebody infront of you is going to pit. You can lose so much time by this.
Otherwise nice one, gained a few tenth there 👌

Now I'm only asking myself if you have any idea about the strategy in Nations Cup? I guess starting on Soft is best and then pit for mediums after 5-6 laps?
At 6 minutes i found you can coast that corner without breaking. The pit stop entry is a nightmare... keep getting 3 second penalty . 😠

6 laps on Soft is the way Kie :) Starting on Mediums.
Nope it’s not trust me 👍 5-5 is better we tried it earlier starting on mediums just gets you battling with slower drivers who are on softs.
I'm a solid B DR but absolutely suck at this track. 10 lap races I'm guaranteed to spin out at least once.

@@203848967 Maybe a little tip from my side: 62mph = 100km/h and 124mph = 200km/h
I basically use only these 2 values to roughly get an idea. Works fine for me 👍🏼

I’d say here around here 1 sec per tyre etc maybe mid 43s 👍

Depends on car, same in most games you don’t always Rev out cars in real life for most speed 👍
The real question is, for the Nations race what car would be the best option? Is this Genesis good on fuel? Because I know the Supra is
You won’t be using Supra mate 👍 it’s Genesis or M6 for nations

So in the nations you have to pit 3 times using all the compounds? Why this game is built to kill your consistancy? :')
But the way: isn't better, specially in uphill, do some short shifting in upshifts to get less loss of power?
I think you will find you have to pit twice and these are always the best races, races with no strategy and pits are just plain boring so sorry I disagree with you on this 👍
