How to Build a Custom DIY Range Hood

In this video we’re building a custom range hood made of plywood and 2x4’s that a ducted range hood insert will slide into. It’s an easy DIY range hood woodworking project that makes a huge difference in my parent’s kitchen. It matches the modern design of the houses interior design.

Do you happen to remember the dimensions of the inner box you built out of 2 x 4’s? I am assuming that was a 30” range hood insert and just want to see what kind of measurements to expect for a similar project.
