Tier VII is hidden gem in my opinion i would even say it's OP for tier VII. It has great armour, good mobility for armoured TD(better than other Japanese tech tree TD's, same as Ka-Ri) and better 105 mm gun than on Lansen C or CS-52 LIS

@@MegaOS_Ver_NEET It realy feels like Bobject at tier VII when top tier but unlike Bobject Chi-To SP can also snipe very well. It makes SU-100 M1 wich was realy powerful tier VII TD obsolete now
It is as close to op as you can get without major fear of being nerffed, a premium option with a heavier bottom plate and slightly heavier cheeks and similarly up armoured side armour just where the jut out for the capola is (not thicker capola) and faster but not ever meeting tier 5 tanks would be interesting, a potential balance if that is too much is a taller capola but not enough to be ugly
I ended up liking this tank once I got the hang of its play style. Which is VASTLY different from the tier 7. The tier 7 is a way better tank, and it has armor that really works. The tier 8's will bounce shots now and then.

I thought the same, I was playing more like a fast heavy, I got loads of bounces, the gun seems really good on it also, I doesn't feel like it has any weakness apart from the lack of turret, I played super aggressive and still got a 65% Win rate before I 3 marked it.
I saw someone who got 3 marks on the tier 7 with 3.4k dpg, that’s insane.
One could say, that after being on vacation skill became a "tourist" xD
I disliked this tank but tier 9 was awesome. It has litteraly more armor, more camo and a sligthy worse gun and 3km/h less top speed than tier 10. I love it and with tier 7 they are the gems of this line imo
Just unlocked T9, but T7 was SOOOO good. I didn't sell it as I know I will go back to mark it fully. It was a blast to play. T8 was painful.
I really dislike the new camera angle, and find it hard to watch, but im just very weird like that. Might get used to it eventually, so just to be sure, keep the videos coming :P

I get what you are saying in the first game about rusty game play. You missed two shots I thought were out of character even with rng. BUT I noticed, after not playing much in the last 3 months myself, for some reason, my mouse sensitivity settings were all maxed out. I thought I'd had too much caffeine or something.
I played this tank first day for Ace Tankers. Got 3 aces in 20 battles for 1750 additional bonds 🎉
Sweet spot is the Tier 7 !!

These tanks move fast. They're big, gold penetrable, turretless... But qt least they pack a punch and turn/go back veery fast, so they can be funny to play

With the new camera your mic is in focus perfectly but your face is slightly blurred, just thought I'd let you know.
For me, this is not the worst tech tree grind. But it is in the top 5 worst tech trees.

the gun is the biggest trolle for me either it works like a charm or you miss the easiest shots for no reason realy awkward sometimes..
You only started losing because this tank gets matched like it is a better tank, so you are expected to do 2-4K damage a game or you are being carried, and 1-3k if bottom tier

The whole line feels pretty average, but the Tier 10 is actually very good
I got the WOT Plus just to try it out. I'm surprised by the crew training feature. I had a crew that was at 82% and they went to 87% in 24 hours with it with zero games played. So it's a nice little feature to help get all your crews up to 100% even when you're not playing them. Being able to swap the regular and bounty equipment for free is very nice. All you have to do is upgrade an entire set of bounty and use it on every tank. Being able to cut out an extra map is nice as well, I went with Paris, Berlin, and Himmelsdorf. But a reminder, that only works on regular matches, not encounter or assault.
Dude, who cares about WoT plus... Dont tell players to make the same stupid mistake and enjoy your "mistake" to give more money to WG. Why should we pay for something which is no fun anymore... Too much problems and waaaaay to much "bots" in all tier classes. So there also a good crew means nothing when 10 players out of 15 has noch f... idea what to do.

Ho-RI 2 stock gun is the most inaccurate td gun I’ve used. Even zoomed in completely shots fly everywhere. For reference I’ve played every tech tree td except tier X German td and tier 9-10 Japanese tds. Ho ri 2 is even worse than the gold version Foch 155 and the su-152.

I am currently on tier 8 ( this thing) and it's underwhelming. Tier 7 was better 😑
I hate these non-turreted tank destroyers. They were strong when WOT was just starting. The pace of the game was slower then. But today the pace of the game is so much faster. Autoloading light tanks and clown cars can zip right around you so easily and shoot a bunch of rounds up your ass then it's over.

This tank for me isn’t good, it’s rarely hits anything, often misses to the left or the right,. Or doesn’t even pen.
The stock is way better
The Ho Ri is a huge letdown after playing the tier 7 Chi TO SP. Unless you have to grind your way through the Ho Ri to get to the next tank, I would suggest you just skip over this one if you can!
Totally agree, got sooo frustrated with the Ri that i sold it. It is everything the tier 7 is not. Ohh .. it was also my most unlucky tank ... winrate of .... 14% .....
I gotta say, I've played about 50 battles in this and gotten tier 6s only TWICE. Mostly tier X. It's cursed. And this thing has an awful gun. No good.
Tier 6: Absolute garbage. Extremely slow where a T28/T95 would feel very mobile compared to it
Tier 7: a hidden gem! Pretty mobile, armor can bounce quit a lot if you're not against tier 9 and the DPM of ~3.2k is amazing
Tier 8: I don't like it. For some reason the gun is quite trollish, not mobile enough and the armor is paper. A little quicker Ferdinand with worse gun. Sure, against lower tiers it might be alright, but depends on a lot of factors like map and so on. I don't know, so far don't really like it, it's not consistent like the tier 7 is
The dpm with 100mm on this 7 is not any awesome dpm, its decent, but all rest of it is pretty good
