I'm just wondering what prevents ANYONE from saving their new dipnet permit paperwork on their computer to print as many as they want to?? The Kenai and Kasilof dipnet fisheries are the MOST ABUSED FISHERIES IN ALASKA AND THERE IS NO ENFORCEMENT TO STOP PEOPLE FROM RAPING THE RESOURCE!! GET SOME REAL ACCOUNTABILITY - FOR THE SALMON'S SAKE!!! WANTON WASTE IS RAMPANT!!

Hello Audrey. This is an enforcement issue with the Alaska Wildlife Troopers. If you have any specific concerns or issues please contact either the Upper Cook Inlet Personal Use permit manager Adam St. Savior at adam.stsavior@alaska.gov or if you know of any individuals who are abusing their permits, please contact AWT Soldotna HQ at (907) 262-4573

so if you buy the license by shopping on the website as a guest, you must physically print out the license and sign the paper? If buying the same thing with a created login shopping account you can carry just the electronic document and QR code on the phone as a valid license?

The Kasilof River regulations can be found on pages 5-6 here: www.adfg.alaska.gov/static/regulations/fishregulations/PDFs/southcentral/2021sc_sfregs_kenai_peninsula.pdf
However, we realize these can be tough to interpret and sometimes it's just easier to chat with a staff member. The Soldotna office would be happy to talk through more information with you! You can give them a call at 907-262-9368.
