  • Oregon scores 14 points in 22 seconds to defeat #15 Oklahoma by 1 point (with a little help from the refs)!
    I was at the win over #3 Michigan in 2003, and the recent UOvOU game was definately more exciting :)

    I was at this game! I remember that! That was the most amazing comeback in history! Go Ducks! I was sitting in the corner to the right of you so I had good seats too. Right when we got back to the hotel it was already on SC and every other sports channel like ESPN it was the greatest day ever!

    Hahahaha dude you're cracking me up but I don't blame you, after UO beat USC in 07 I went so berserk my friends thought I was on something!

    @techoization Felt pretty good actually. 3 losses in two years, made the National Championship with a Sophmore QB, lost to a superior undefeated SEC Champion by 3 when 20 years ago we were the doormat in the PAC -10, and we are bringing back almost the entire offense next season. Feeling pretty good.

    thats a bold statement. considering the pac-10 was 5-0 against the big 12 in bowl games.

    I hate Oklahoma too, but they did get robbed by possibly the worst officiating call in college football history in this game.
    Boise St on the other hand - that was an awesome game.

    If Oklahoma
    would have stooped the Ducks TWICE on fourth down
    that onside kick call would not matter
    it's no excuse for giving up 2 Touchdowns in less than a minute

    @SoonerOorah ya....I'd like to see OU play the ducks right now. Oregon would light up the scoreboard.

    "O" is always bending the rules to win. $50 mil on a new stadium with noise levels approaching that of jet engines, thundersticks free from Nike's Knight to all students ( later made illegal by Pac-10), speeding up the clock to tire opponents with help from NW officals & of couse, the always predictable home town calls. Lost NC game last year w/o these home town advantages. I say BRAVO!. Now investigation re paying TX agent for player procurement.
    Glad OU made some noise re this injustice

    There were 7 significant blown calls in that game; 4 in favor of Oklahoma including one that directly led to points. Oregon fans are burnt up with Oklahoma and hope to never play them again.

  • @brebosty
    @brebosty Před 15 lety

    Not the greatest ever. The refs screwed up but that's not cheating. The ducks made a lot of good plays at the end and Oklahoma was still on top at that point

    Dude, Oregon's official capacity is 54,000 and they have standing room only capacity to 59,000. This is according to the Oregon official site. What difference does it make if you go to the game... do you count the people in the stands when you are there?

    I'm not even an OU fan. In truth, I dont even like them very much. My team gets fucked by the refs plenty. So I feel sorry for other teams that get jobbed by them 2. Nice response by the way, real classy.

  • @rjaymoose
    @rjaymoose Před 17 lety

    If the refs han you a game in this fashion, you need to at least win your conference as a result, if not a national title. 7-6 was an embarassment, and I'm surprised Belotti still has his job. What a waste of cheating, especially that ass whipping at the hands of BYU.

    the last couple years, yeah the big 12 has beaten the Pac in the holiday bowl. had oregon or USC went in '07 like they should have (if they both didnt go to the BCS) theres no way texas would have won.
    Cal's perennially ranked..and a BCS contender. do you know where tedford's taken that program? 0-10 to 10-1 in 2 years? UCLA's down but gettin better. stanford's on the rise and will make a BCS game next year. ASU's lookin decent. OSU keeps winning and winning. the Pac's back this year

  • @bobcarter4343
    @bobcarter4343 Před 13 lety

    Unfortunately this is typical of the Northwest officiating... always cheating to the advantage of their teams. USC has had to deal with this for years and many a game has turned on this unfair advantage. Fortunately, Larry Scott is aware of this (new Pac-12 commissioner) and has had an NFL offical review all of the films of Pac-10 games for a 10 year period in an attempt to correct this injustice.
    Let's hope that going forward these home boy officals are either fired or replaced

  • @eKriZZLe
    @eKriZZLe Před 14 lety

    its also very exciting to see OU get calls left and right giving them 3 scores and then when Oregon gets one call...OU gets all butt hurt. its about time to get over it. Chokelahoma sucks.

  • @NikoRussian
    @NikoRussian Před 17 lety

    OU was robbed of that game...from the bad reffes at the PAC-10...doing 2 consecutive bad calls...first the onside kick...AND OREGON DIDNT EVEN RECOVER!!..gg...and then the pass interference when Alexander obviously tipped the ball..which makes it live...gg again on PAC-10

  • @ObsessiveSketch
    @ObsessiveSketch Před 12 lety

    Nobody ever talks about the 11 points those same terrible refs gifted OU earlier in the game. Oregon wouldn't have even needed a bogus onside kick if the refs had done their job in the first place. Bad officiating offsets bad officiating. Oregon wins that game with good refs.

  • @eKriZZLe
    @eKriZZLe Před 15 lety

    and USC, oregon, and Cal could beat all the teams in the Big 10.
    if Cal beat MSU..and MSU ended up with the better record...what does that say about the conference? and didnt MSU get outmanned in their bowl game?

  • @Mq404

  • @Mq404
    @Mq404 Před 16 lety

    So did the refs get paid to Block the last second field goal as well? too bad AD couldnt have been your kicker too.. point is it WAS a horribly officiated game.. but the people who bitch about it saying it was all for oregon.. BS. and quit blaming the refs for everything Bellotti said it best a few years ago on a bad call against Oregon. "One play cant lose you a game, it can win you a game, but it wont lose you a game" NEXT

  • @techoization
    @techoization Před 13 lety

    @CFBLover3 how does it feel to be so close in a bcs national championship and lost by a field goal, and how does it feel when your guys couldnt put down that runner and were standing around like idiots. Also, im putting up my opinion, not a oklahoma fan

  • @eKriZZLe
    @eKriZZLe Před 15 lety

    55-19? i believe that was the score of USC owning oklahoma. texas got lucky as hell with vince young. USC's only weakness is a smart running QB. see oregon '07. oh and not to mention texas is the ONLY non-conference team to beat USC during their dynasty. the rest have all come from Pac 10 teams.
    tOSU sucks, yes..so what does that say about the SEC's national championships?
    i can understand why you hate the Pac 10..but getting dominated by the Pac every year is no reason to not show respect

    At the end of the day ou got screwed thats all that matters! fyi i am from Oklahoma and i am a ou fan! atleast im not some stupid bandwagoner. and u would have to be a complete idiot not to think that ou got screwed in the first place even oregon fans........ and there is NO question to that call......... The ball was still loose wen #23 for ou piked it up and recovered it.... besides oregon player touched it before 10 yards even the commintators for espn said it was no question!!
