How to PASS SIRA physical fitness test on the FIRST ATTEMPT.

Security guards in Dubai need to pass the Sira Guard Physical fitness test before attending the written test.
SIRA (security industry regulatory authority) regulatory body responsible for licensing the security guard take the physical test which caries out in SIRA cadres training center.
SIRA Dubai physical test completes in 5 stages
1. Beep test, Sira fitness test
2. Horizontal jumping, Sira fitness test
3. Sled push test, Sira fitness test
4. Sled pull test, Sira fitness test
5. Sprinting test, Sira fitness test
Details of Sira physical fitness test
1= BEEP TEST
The candidate has to run on the race course starting from the red line for a distance upto 20 meter to reach the finishing red line. Then as soon as you hear the beep, you need to run back to the starting point. This has to be carried out until the trainer stops the candidate.
The candidate is given 3 chances to reach the red line on time, otherwise the candidate is considered to have failed to pass the test.
4.9 (MALE) / 3.5 (FEMALE) is the level required to PASS this test.
NOTE: Passing this test is COMPULSORY to complete the remaining tests, otherwise the test is considered a waste.
2 =Horizontal Jump Test
When you complete the beeping test, you are on to a jump test.
You have to jump a minimum distance of 1.8 meters (MALE) / 1.6 meters (FEMALE).
You would get 2 chances, one-time fail gets another chance, fail in both changes consider you fail the whole training.
3 =Sled Push Test

In this test, you should push the wheel weight of 30 kg within 4 seconds for MALE and 15 kg wheel within 5 seconds for FEMALE for a distance of 10 meters.
You get another opportunity for this test.
4= Sled Pull Test
Here in this test, you need to pull the wheel weight of 30kg within 6 seconds for males and 15kg wheel within 7 seconds for females for a distance of 10 meters.
Test 5 (Sprinting Test):
If the candidate fails in one of these three tests; Level 2; Level 3 or Level 4, this test gives a last chance to take a final test, which is a fast run of 35 meters in 6 seconds (MALE) / 35 meters in 8 seconds (FEMALE)
