This is great, I wish I had enough time to do this regularly but I don't. There is a grocery store nearby that sells lots of organic stuff and has a superb deli with this or similar. I guess I should buy some and find out exactly everything that is in it. They have a huge variety.

hey, is this okay for a canary and how often would i feed this to them ?? would i also feed them a canary seed mix alongside this or is the chop on its own enough ??
Hi, anytime I make chop for my birds, I use it to feed all of them which includes my canary, finches, and parrots. This is why I make sure to finely blend the pieces so that my little birds can still eat it. You can feed this mix as their main food everyday, and I would just add a bit of the canary seed mix into the bowl where you put the chop and mix it up before feeding.
