We're definitely not saying this is a mimic demon even though that's what it says in the title.. so we are but we're not. Agreed. In fact, I'd say they are probably the ONLY ghost hunter groups on CZcams that are trying to add scientifically to the subject. All the others have got too full of themselves and are about promoting themselves and their merchandise.

The worst part of this video for me was Joe trying to get into that room to please the doubters. I was so angry that he has to put himself at risk of harm because there will probably be a video made by someone claiming there was a 3rd person hiding in there.
Please Joe and Elliot do not put yourself at risk like this again let the haters hate because even if you fell and broke your back trying to prove there is no 3rd person they would still say you faked the fall 😕

Joe, don’t risk your life for idiots to believe that there’s a third person there absolutely crazy. You guys are the most honest investigators I’ve ever seen and you guys debunk all the time even when I think it’s real ghost talking back or sounds.

I thought that straight away, as a debunk. But the capture from Elliot's camera dissuaded me. It was louder from Joe's. Unless Elliot can throw his voice, but seems an unlikely ability for most people to be able to do convincingly, and in so doing deceive good quality audio recording devices. It's a bit of a head scratcher, for sure - unless it's a third party of some kind (?)
I thought it sounded like Elliott too! I lived in a haunted house 23 years, brought my daughter up there, what we had would mimic us sometime, it also had its own voice. ...

That Hello is undeniable,so clear
I like that you use multiple cameras because the "hello" reply sounds like Elliot to me, but it's clearly closer to Joe than Elliot is. So when we hear it from Elliot's camera, it's much quieter and less clear compared to his actual voice.
I thought it was Elliot for second and had to re-listen looking for a third hello! It was so clear, it took me a minute to understand what was happening.

So yes the voice got me but I think the horrible noises after that scared me more. It was such an odd sound as to where it didn’t sound human at all, I almost thought it was a dog crying at first and almost like a growl at the end but again there was nothing in the house because you guys cleared it, I’m absolutely baffled
That whining sounded like a dog. As for the hello back and door moving that is strange. The whole house gave off a weird vibe. Joe you said you were out of breath at one stage and i think that was your anxiety kicking in. Great invest loved it xx

I live in a new build block of flats that is built on the site of an old pub that was supposed to be haunted, every niw and then I will hear the bedroom door close and bang, it has an assisted close thing on it so it can't stay open, so something is definitely pushing it open for it to bang closed, I've never seen anything but feel like I'm bring watched sometimes, its weird but doesn't bother me or my kid, we call it "frank"

Some things just can't be explained. Great work! That was "something" saying hello back in Joes voice. At 33:54 I heard what sounded like a female humming in the next room. Joe commented that he heard something as well. The squealing sounds didn't make me think of a dog whining at all. I thought perhaps it was very squeaky hinges on a door being moved back and forth but when I listened again closely, it came off as almost otherworldly...Oh yeah, and what was up with that stuffed toy lamb just sitting on the bed upstairs with a mirror propped up where the headboard would normally be and another mirror directly facing it from a dresser/vanity against the opposite wall? I didn't notice any other children's items in the house and the bathroom toilet had a handrail attached to it, implying that someone elderly had lived there. Very odd 😵
That second hello was right in front of Joe to the left, it definitely wasnt a person 👻💜

At 37:57 when you were doing the replay that was definitely a dog. Reminds me of a dog trapped somewhere whining to let you know where it was. Being part of a pet rescue group I would be searching for a dog trapped somewhere 😢

I don't know what to think about the voice, but the evp with Elliott was very strange. That squeaky sound, sounded like rusty door hinges swinging back and forth, or that toy truck in the room being pushed back and forth. Scary place though. It's 5.50am here as I finished watching this. Thankfully it's getting bright so not so scary going to bed. Love you guys and what you do.
The squeaky sound it's like a door old door or something. Not a dog ect. Animal in distress would whine all time. But old houses make creepy sounds , floor creeks , old wood stairs creek, dark old houses give off eerie vibes - unloved left to rott. Best places for possible haunts are old churches and old morgues usually a place of passing.
That was genuinely so creepy. Credit to you both for keeping so calm and professional.
When you said you smelled something dead.. after the voice etc. That chilled me to the bones. Awesome. Investigation and paranormal evidence.
That place was flooded at one time. That is why the books on the floor are moldy. Those anomalies in the picture are not the picture! That is something in the room!

An awesome investigation. That hello was so natural to me, that I did'nt react in the first place. I think this place is worth a revisit, maybe you get more next time when the spirit knows who you are. Spirits do remember you.

Just a thought… you mentioned the smell of rotting animal, then came that terrifying whine… I’m now worried that someone might have abandoned a poorly dog there, people can be cruel like that.. My heart breaks to think of a dog trapped or dying slowly in there, alone. I really hope it wasn’t.

That mimic is some pretty scary stuff guys! Its always been said by so many when you hear mimicking that is never a good thing doing it and possibly demonic. I would have freaked and been scared shitless after hearing that! Great investigation gents...keep safe. It’s all fun and game until the ghost answers back! That “Hello” was clear as a bell. Joe RAMBOING IT, marching upstairs like a hero! That sound was bone chilling and nearly impossible to define. It didn’t sound like anything I could describe as a familiar sound. The last part of the bizarre whining sound almost had an electronic element to it. Finally, at 46:05, just above Elliott’s head to the right, there is something that flys in and then almost immediately disappears. A bug would be easy to spot but this had a strange quality to it.
That whole place gave me the creeps.

Just started watching this episode & it’s sad to think about the lives of the people who once lived there, all their belongings just left behind, & they too are gone. Just sad. You work your whole life… and everything gets left behind. Work hard, struggle to get what you have & POOF 💨 life is over.

That place had such a bad vibe and you can feel it even just watching the footage. Something was certainly 'messing' with you and you can tell by the way it affected you both. Maybe a camera and sound kit shut off in there would give more evidence but I would not want to go back there. It is not a human spirit

I’ve suggested this to other ghost hunters so I hope someone listens. I think what would be helpful is to sit down and write out 20 control questions that you will always use. That way you have really thought out what are the questions you really want to ask and the best way to word things. You could also leave the questions written out with a pencil in a room you’re not in. It’s possible you could get some attempts at spirits writing out their answers. I think that would really move things forward. I hope you get a chance to read this and maybe use the idea.

A lot of the places you guys go sometimes, you can feel the creepy vibes thru the video itself and this was definitely one of them. Almost got like a sick feeling when you first walked in and started walking around. I dunno if its just the recorder but at 24:56 when you play the first evp back it sounds like a womans voice comes through over Elliot's voice. That weird ass noise that was made I dunno what in the hell that is but that is creepy 1000 fold. Love how you rambo'd it tho and just stormed up the stairs. Really amazing vid guys. Something about that mirror and the doll on the bed where that creepy noise came from is just off it just seems off. Yall be safe get cleansed and dear god dont bring anything home. It was definitely not a dog! The way it changes pitch is not natural! It’s a door being swung, you can hear the grinding noise while it’s happening. I have had doors all my life…door not dog
