Today I read Shri.Balachandra Menon's clarifications.
How can the mindset of a person who is caught red handed , is guilty of a crime AND a person who has been framed as a criminal (court is yet to come out with a verdict ) be same? It's poles apart.
We object bringing this issue here on THIS point.
I am nobody's fan but I think it is better not to refer sensitive issues which are still under court cloud.
Leave him alone till Hon. Court comes out with a verdict.
Otherwise I love the way he present each episode though I felt, he could have followed a chronological path.

Sadly these filmy men can only see his suffering. They cannot relate or even recognize the magnitude of mental trauma the victim is going through...
but we do not know if Dileep is the person who caused that trauma I still believe someone used him as a scapegoat, someone who knew their disagreements.
He is a man and he shared an incident he can relate to. But if a female think about this incident their experiences may be more relatable to the victim. Actually I also wondered seeing Dileep in jail after 2 months or so.."pettypoyi" sad face with beard. If he was innocent he thought will get out easily. If he has done the mistake still he thought its easy to come as celebrity. But everything failed and he as to go through this unpleasant phase, unexpected phase....kuttam plan cheythu cheythalum no one wants to go to jail. Uthra case that accused is now shattered as we see in tv. Hmm. Satyam purathu varattay. Victim's trauma is beyond imagination. Aarkkum aa gathy varathay irikkattay

Dear Balachandran, you said that you have read all comments on this page. Why dont you put a comment for the victim? Imagine the panic situation that she had to overcome. Also if someone kills a person infront you and everyone and got arrested by the police and produced into the court for trail, after all the trail finishes and court annouce the judgement that the accused is seemed to innocent as the prosecution could not provide sufficient evidence '' Means is that murderer an innocent? '' Because you and so many others have sighted the scene.

@@tessjo6427 thank you. Dileep thought he would never get caught and thats why dileep and Pulsar never contacted on mobile. But during the rape before and after Pusar called dileep on the mobile phone and thats the phone is missing with memory card. It is not really missing. It was handed over to dileep by him after the rape. And thats why police cant recover the Mobile and memory card.

Why dint the police pick balachandra Menon or Mamooty or Mohanlal & why only Dileep? Had sympathies with Dileep when his bail was denied but no more, after five years and so much of happenings,i now believe Dileep is guilty.
Balachandra Menon has become a man among us now-a days, more wiser, more humane. He has come down from the ivory tower of glamorous film heights - In his hey days he was arrogant, (may be not inside his mind) insensitive to human feelings, (certain examples in the Gulf), 'don't care to one and all ' attitude. Actually those were what made what he was. He singly faced the wrath of powerful Nana cinema weekly for long time. That was something an amazing feat a human can achieve vis-a-vis in this days of shameless fans of false cinema gods.
