Outlaw might finally have a chance to be strong in solo shuffle with our rework next patch. Right now it's just so painful to play shuffle as outlaw. Being the only spec in the game with both no burst and being a pure physical damage dealer is extremely punishing without coordinated teams.
These tier lists have pissed off
Losing active Healing Elixirs as Mistweaver is going to hurt a lot in the next patch. NOT looking forward to this...
Every time I do solo shuffle as assasin everyone asks me why I'm assa, and why I'm not playing as outlaw or sub instead.
If you enjoy assa and are successful at it, stick to it. Get whatever rating you want out of it. Don't play meta just because other people want you to.
I had this same experience in S1 just with the specs flipped. Everyone was always asking me why I was playing outlaw instead of assa.
Cleanse the weak doesn’t even work. Dunno how that would counter ele sham
You didnt even mention warriors? But put them in A+?
To put SP that low is really unfair... SP still doing excellent damage and very hard to kill.. I play one myself and compare to ele, I prefer SP all day.
SP is stronger than Ele in a main SP’s hands. But newb SPs seem to fall over surprisingly easy.
Glad augmentation and preservation are good. I wanted to came back after a 3 months break before 10.2 and do a last push on my Evoker.
Is it me or nobody plays solo shuffle? Like 5 days now with my marksman hunter I get no games like 15 mins q and same happens on my fresh restro druid (europe)
15 mins wait is nothing. My average is closer to 22 mins. Which means that since I’ve played around 2000 shuffle matches… I am become that which has no life?

if you haven’t played before you can fully customize the UI to how you like it, you can have a minimalist style that still gives you the information you need
If you go on the solo shuffle leadboard its 3 pages of 2400 ret paladins. Like its not even worth hitting 2400 on pally if its that easy lmao.
I bet you don't have it. Ret is strong, but has some good skill ceiling for meele and there is a big difference between a good and bad one. Its not toxic to play against as well
I do have 2400. I’m not talking about the “skill ceiling” it takes to utilize their toolkit because the amount of 2.4 players with that class speaks for itself it’s not that hard . So relax there buddy I’m not dissing on your little class.

They have some abilities that needs to be well used, meaning you need good awareness. Sanc, sac, freedom, bop, lay on hands can change the outcome of a fight, while a warrior for example can run it down blindly press mortal strike and get the same results in a lot of cases. Ret has also very limited mobility and cc, everything needs to be pressed thoughtfully and with a plan, while I see warrior use charge completely wasted but it doesn't matter since they have 10 other gap closer.

World of Warcraft PVP is a roller coaster time sink. You spend forever to get best in slot gear and Blizzard is like "Nope, you are nerfed because FOM is buffed, either make an alt to be viable or stick to your main who is shitty now" Each option sucks ass.
This game needs to be more accessible for Alts the ENTIRE season not just the end of the season when nobody gives a shit. This is what drives people away, this isn't BC or Wrath anymore when people accepted long grinds. The meta of gaming is changing HINTS Blizzard Sells Gold and BOOSTS, they are aware of the change so FIX GEARING for Alts.
I dont agree about outlaw at all. Played it this patch. Insane speed dps big burst and can solo kill dk still. Even at lower skills.
MM is completely cap, absolute punching bag, into almost every lobby besides maybe a mage or lock lobby

P.S. The bots don’t oneshot. They deal massive consistent damage. The real oneshots are too hard for bots in general. As far as I’ve seen thus far anyway.

I feel like sub is bottom cuz they rely on set up to win if they can’t kill in duel, they rely on that. Or mongo, and we I feel like should be S tier along with dk and war
Solo shuffle was meant to be ideal pvp activity, but Blizzard can't balance classes. If classes are not balanced (i.e. one out of two paladins BOPs cant dispell biggest dmg debuff like deathmark) solo shuffle is a waste of time. I don't know how Blizzard could figure out solo shuffle will be playable while there is something like meta-class. You delete solo shuffle or delete meta-class, both can't exist together

i have been doing better on my ret but idk bout s tier lol i feel like we need more pvp talents seem like other specs have 3 to 5 more pvp talent choices than us but number one thing rets need is either a ms or a really good slow
Brother. 2400+ has 3 pages of ret paladin. It is the spec with the most 2400, and the most 2100 players out of all specs in shuffle.
Ret does not need these things. It is already S-tier. If you can't meet your goals with ret, it is a you problem, not a ret problem.
And in terms of design, as someone who has casually played a ret alt to 2100, it is quite good. It's strong defensively compared to many classes. It is unrivaled in team defensives, having access to 1min sac, double freedom, BoP, magic BoP, LoH, potent offheals, cc removal tools, etc. On top of that, ret has insane burst, good sustain damage, good ranged damage options.
It is good design, that one spec does not have it all. If ret had a good MS, there would be zero point in ever bringing a warrior to a comp, yeah? Ret already outdamages warrior, and brings better team defensives and off heals. Only reason to bring a warrior over ret, is for slow and MS. It is a reason why there is synergy in the comp.
And in terms of PvP talent choices, ret gets sanc, which is one of the most overpowered utility tools in the game. It just straight up removes a cc on your healer, and applies an additional duration reduction to followup cc. You get Aura of reckoning which gives you free wings and a huge hit quite often. You get to unlock a magic immunity version of BoP. You get an insane talent that cleanses a magical effect off you every time you judgement. This is insane versus balance druids, destro locks, shadow priests, mages, etc. Your rotation just removes their dots which ruins their entire rotation, as their dots give massive benefits to their abilities.

I love seeing Disc at the very extreme bottom of this tier list when it’s the very first healer I ever took into serious content. Got 1800 n feeling capable. Rdruids still seem like the worst enemy to me as well though. They’re just sitting max range and the Dps never disrupts their massive healing = not great fun. xD
