To name just one, it's a great natural antibiotic. You can refrain from eating it all you want, but the rest of us will continue enjoying it. 😊

Do you know how long it keeps once made? I love garlic but live alone and worry it's potentially a waste to make myself, without any of the preservatives/heat treatments that give store bought alternatives a longer shelf life. I'd really like to be wrong about that, though!
