@@newtonnewtonnewton1587 it is her way to be organized with her lecture. Those paper contains selected problems, flow of the lecture, and concepts based on their syllabus. Not everyone can create on-the-spot problems and can memorize concepts, professionals can also messed up their lectures.

@@newtonnewtonnewton1587 I think Splash is right. Notes indeed help organize your lecture. What if she forgot a small detail when solving a problem ? Wouldn't that be embarrassing ? She has a PhD and she knows how to do problems, but there if she were to memorize all of the exercises she tried to solve during the class, she might forget some small details.

horstb29 she is not taking the value of f(t) when t=4, she is calculating the sum of g(x) up until t=4 by the integral of f(t).
