Mr. Bean's holiday (2007) - "Coffee on laptop" full movie scene (REMASTERED 1080p)

I personally remastered to Full-HD at 1080p this full "Bean spills coffee on laptop" scene from the U.S. cut of the hilarious 2007 movie "Mr. Bean's holiday" starring Rowan Atkinson.
This scene is missing from the "standard" international cut of the movie, only appearing in the DVD's and Blu-Ray's extras as a deleted scene (with the workprint edit).

Why didn’t they include this scene 🎬 on the actual theatrical release? Why do America 🇺🇸 and Japan 🇯🇵 always seem to get the best movie 🍿 and music 🎵 scenes? What have THEY done ☑️ that is *so special?*
