What the ... ? Thigh length boots, mini skirts, no great kilts (Feileadh Mòr) only small kilts ( fèileadh beag ) could anyone just turn up in anything as long as it was tartan? You do realise the small kilt was an invention by an English factory owner ? Lots of Tartans all belonging to different clans was a French invention in the Victorian era.
@@northscot9862 lol you're an American, aren't you? Lol rarely if ever see a Scot typing gaelic war-crys or slogans except, 99.95% of the time it's an American that's been drinking too much. 🤣
If Americans wish to wear the kilt they should wear it properly. It should hang just above the knee on a man with the top being at the top of the hip, around the navel not under the gut. Not below the knee with the gut rolled out over it or mid thigh. Attention to detail folks. To be honest the one that caught my eye in this were the Campbells so there is that.
There's a lot of pet peeves for kilts. Low hanging sporran, wearing the kilt below the gut, the length being too high or too low, etc.. But the worst for me is seeing someone walking around with a kilt on backwards where the pleats are in the front, ha ha ha. And you know something. I've seen people not only screw up wearing a kilt, who were from Belfast, but also people from places like Glasgow. My friend from Moodiesburn, wears the kilt around his pants waist, which is improper. And he's as Scottish as they come and proud of it. My friend from Belfast put his kilt on backwards the first time and didn't know it until I told him, lol!
great parade, thanks for sharing
Very Cool...Thaks. I'm off to Massachusetts games tomorrow.
Very good and don’t listen to anyone who tries to reinvent Scottish history and culture
❤️🔥
I'm Scottish and this is fucking pissing me off
I am Scottish. From Kilysth, North Lanarkshire. It doesn't bother me.

The small kilt was developed in the Scottish regiments of The British army.
