interesting part about the sky is, he did not paint the cloud. he left some portions in the blue sky, thats looking like the cloud. so every time no need to concentrate/paint on the object, sometime just work on the background. you will get the actual object.🙂

before painting, you are able to visualize the output. because of your experience and practice you have that power. but a normal people can think this is very easy to draw in the first try itself. texture of the paper, selecting and mixing of the colors, so many things are there to consider.
