Love that he keeps mentioning his parents. That's all that matters. Glad to have this young man as a Bengal. Uno for life!

@@Bro_DT_KYE Chad Johnson wasn’t even great he was decent at best always was. As for the injury’s it is what it is it’s part of the game. You can’t perform you get cut. Part of the hate towards Palmer was because of how he was acting. Dude was being a bit of a drama queen at the end.
@@Bro_DT_KYE just keep your comment to yourself Pittsburg fan anyways, y’all all come at the bengals sideways🤣🤣🤣 get a life you bothered
You get what you pay for. That last one was perfect. The other 2 had pros and cons. I know a lot of people think this is a waste but I think it's important for these guys, especially the younger ones to have no e homes. Having a nice home makes it easier to stay home instead of being out at the club getting into trouble.
yup
nah yeah bruh the last one was clean af but i still wouldnt buy any of them i just hate the fact its 3 stories
Makes sense!
First one was waaay better than the last it makes sense why it was the most expensive

How big is yo thang
This dude pointing out everything that doesn’t matter… “I like the bean bags” haha
The kitchen matters and his backyard is important 😂😂
I think that he thinks the house comes that way with all the furniture inside of it.
Thats the type of stuff you say when you don't plan on owning a house. All NFL players do is just pay a lease to move in.
@Robin Banks Traded all of a sudden? They have contracts. Has nothing to do with it. Its called not being smart with money.
@@davidmontgomery1442 Thats literally what im saying. Its smarter to buy a house. There is no Uncertaintanty if you have a contract and you dont have to live in a house to own it. There is no excuse.
1st place fits him, but to me the 3rd place is LIT! LOVE the vintage/modern mix and the kitchen is by far the best one on #3
We are honored, fortunate, and very excited as Bengals fans to have this young man on the squad. It couldn't have worked out any better being able to play with the QB that he'd already developed an amazing chemistry with. Just listening to him and seeing him on interviews or videos like this makes me even more pumped as a life-long Bengals fan. He is a solid human being and the fact that he mentions his family and his mom so often shows you exactly where he gets it from. I really hope that he is enjoying living in Cincinnati and that he has a long and heathy career in the league.
Welcome to Cincinnati Ja’Maar. I grew up in Cincinnati and lived in Mt. Adams for 4 years - best area in Cincinnati and the rooftop decks are amazing. Great properties you went to, but Mt. Adams is most likely the best investment. Anyone that has owned in Mt. Adams any time during the last 20 years has done very well. A decent amount of celebrities have/had homes in Mt. Adams - David Justice/Halle Berry, Vidal Sassoon, I saw Multiple Reds Players, etc.
You know he's from LSU when all he thinking about is food prep haha
From lsu ?💀

he keeps mentioning his mom.. she did all the cooking you can bet when he was growing up
He's a likeable dude, I hope he has a great career
Rookie year headed to a superbowl.
Off to a great start
Ja’Marr seems so chill! Also, great job on the edit! Love the style of the video! 🥇🔥
He really is
That was the thing that was impressive. Very calm and polite and referenced his family several times and how important family is to him. Seems like a great kid.
He is such a standup guy. Something we really need on this team. We've had some real crazy players on this team
That puppy is so adorable. The ability to recognize parts of Cincinnati is cool while he walks around is fun
“Breathtaking views of Cincinnati”. Said only this real estate agent ever.
tbf that was a nice view
Was that the house with the view of the power lines? Looked ridiculous.
lmao
Cincy is a dump lol

When I say this dude plays like a man amongst boys on the field that's an understatement!!
This was a great video to be honest

Love this series!!!! Please keep this going forever
Literally Jmar Chase is one of my Favorite NFL players. just a random roockie I drafted in the 9th round of Fantasy, and then since then nothing but outstanding Personality and performance
If u watched him in college you would know he was gonna be a legend in the nfl
Ur league sounds like some casuals
@@CursxR0 maybe so, it's my 1st league, I've been in it for 3 years got 7th, 2nd, 5th.

Id buy that one for sure. But that city garbage lol
Request a trade to VEGAS 🤣🤣🤣
They kept his locations 10 minutes or less from the stadium which limited his options vastly. He'll end up across the bridge in Kentucky for half the price.
Just like Cris Collinsworth.
like alot of our players
Exactly!
You can half the price from those?! 👀 been getting too used to these city prices. You get a third of the home for the same price in cali 😂
I had a friend that lived right next to Tyler Boyd in the condos right across the river. These condos were the size of the first house for a third of the price.
He has such a cool personality. So laid back, down-to-earth.
He and his buddy JJeff are very grounded. And a big part of that you can see is that they both had two parent upbringings and are close with their families. It's no coincidence that they're able to focus on football and that's why they're already two of the top five WR in the league.
These houses look good inside it just looks weird they're on top of each other
Fr it’s so weird and it costs way too much
You must be from the south. Up north most of places are like this and they have a strict curfews on where you park your car +you have to move your car at a certain time .

Representing cincy, let’s go number 1, rookie of the year incoming!
Hé earned every inch of the pad , great player who put the work in
And now we in the Super Bowl
My dude !! He’s a monster 💯
bro I live in ohio you could easily get bigger and better houses about 10-15 minutes away from downtown for a fraction of the price. They are trying to scam you
He said he wants a view of downtown Cincinnati
I live in California and I don't know why he wouldn't want a huge house for that much with a big yard and a pool, to me it doesn't make sense
You got that right ! He could get a brand new build with more room and better neighborhood ! Who would pay a million dollars with neighbors so close you don't have to leave your home in order to touch theirs !
Think he worries about $
He probably wants to find a place closer to the stadium...location is a factor.
It goes down to 1&3 but I'd take 3 cause it's more to my liking.
Your Madden card is OP Goodluck in your career you deserve it bro💪🏾
That jeep interior is 🔥🔥🔥
I knew I wasn’t the only person who seen it 🔥
Trackhawk
Glad our Cincinnati team is finally coming together
hard work always pay off , never give up yall
He gonna be a great WR for year to come
love this series
fr they need to do this every season with rookies
Love this cause I love anything that similar to House hunters lol
Love that he honed in on specifically row housing in walkable areas, the most ecologically sustainable form of single-family housing rather than a suburban mcmansion. My dude understands responsible and tasteful housing.
Lol. You people are weirdos
Looks up some homes near the east side, nice mansions near Ayers rd by the river
I like this guy even though he put a hurting on my Ravens 😂
Its crazy I'm about to turn 30 and if I was in my early 20s, the first house would be amazing. But the 2 other would be great for kids. The river to swim in is awesome. Its amazing to have opportunities like this so young but you deserve it Ja'marr. I'm more of an LSU fan not so much a Bengal, but Im looking forward to a good career.
love watching him play here in cincy who dey!!!! 513!!
Im not paying anything other 500k for a house that close to another house. I’ll just get a downtown condo
I agree. It’s like that out west. Part of the reason I moved back
Hope he got a place so it's good for his dog too! They always gotta go ;)
Production was excellent. Well done.
Love this guy
Naw Chase don't know how to crack an egg 2:18 😂
Take #1 for sure. Welcome to Cinci
Good to see that boy LIVIN!!
I’ve worked in a lot of those houses like the second one along the river. He can definitely find something alot nicer on the west side and it’s only 20 minutes away
I hope Ja'Marr finds a house with backyard space for his dog
I know! I kept looking for the yards/green space ;).
Mt. Adams is very nice in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.
December-February, those hills can be brutal
The Holy Cross Immaculata Church in Mt. Adams is simply beautiful.
This guy is a rare talent. Lucky Bengals
Love the power lines
Build a house on a large peice of land that way you and your dogs can train together! WHO DEY ALL DAY BABY
Big house for athletes usually comes with the second contract! Most get condos or townhouses, less upkeep!
Exactly go get some land and build a nice home
Build a house as a rookie in the NFL? yeah, don't listen to this guy. When he leaves in 5 years he then will have to sell that shit.
@@elbob17 when he makes what he makes, who cares?
he mightaswell build an indoor practice facility
I see alot of comments where people are bashing Ja'Marr Chase about him dropping passes. It's been several great receivers that have come into the league and started out like he has. Jerry Rice, DeVonte Adams and many more. Look how these two receivers turned out. Rice, Hall of Famer and DeVonte Adams for the Packers that is currently playing and look how great he is. There is a old saying. "They Hail You and Nail You". When Chase gets it together and I believe he will, the same people bashing him will start to love him.
He had a good first game .Over 100 yards and a TD. No drops.
lol it's mostly haters from other teams boosting their own draft picks and sophomores. don't read too much into it.
People talk to soon
@@ihateskete2675....Ja'Marr Chase is the rookie of the year hands down. If, he keeps getting better (which he is already a great receiver), he has a chance to be one of the greats as a receiver. I just don't hope he gets complacent after this great rookie season. Side Note - Joe Burrow also is a great QB and the sky is the limit for him also if he continues to get better.
He so cute ☺️
Real chill dude, but during the games this boy gets hyped up. Dudes a beast
Two of the houses are on the same street Peter Warrick lived while playing for the Bengals Chase you gone break some records for the Bengals great first game and glad we got the win 1-0 Who dey
So right wasn't ya !? he's a goat
Dude needs to look across the river in Newport or Covington.
The editing on this is top notch
Love the spot he went to in Mt Adams, there are some really slick spots up there with insane city views, gotta get around the west side of the hill a little more though, rooftop views are better over there
If I were an athlete in Cincinnati, I’d buy a house in NKY. Way more bang for your buck.
and room for the dog out back
First, we love LSU
I love the play by play tour 😉

He single handedly won me my championship, so i think he did more than good !
I traded him and Deondre after the fourth game for Najee, Metcalf, and Pittman in a fourteen team league and won my league championship. Good scheduling by the yahoo algorithm.
He’s done good…
Who's here after the Bengals won their first playoff game in 31 years? Who Dey!
i’m glad i’m from texas because these houses are close asf together.
When I watch the whole video, just to find out the home be bought isn’t even on the video😂 reminds me of the plot twist like House Hunters on HGTV
Geaux Tigers.
Anyone who lives in cincy knows exactly where all of these are 😂
And what
I kinda figured all these dudes lived out in Indian Hill or Mason or something but maybe that’s where the older dudes with kids go.
Most of it is new new too 🤣

If I'm paying 1.9 million for a house it'll be on some land and I don't want any neighbors immediately next to me. It's crazy how these athletes are robbed blind, smh. That first house (townhouse) is basically a 200-250k townhouse in Texas.
Ty
That first house would go for 4.3 million in the California. It’s ridiculous here right now.
@@kylevickz2576
Nah, even in California, still overpriced town home
Berkeley or Monterey would be nicer
I live in Cincinnati and I’m a mortgage broker. That area is all about location. Premium location that is still on 5 mins from the stadium. He could build a 4x bigger house in a town 20 mins away for the same price
Don’t tell people this they’re gonna start migrating down here to Texas and we’ll be the next California
Ja’Marr, come buy my house in Terrace Park, suburb of Cincy. I’ll sell it to you for only a cool million. It’s got a backyard for your dog, kitchen for your mom and some gorgeous view of the privacy fence. Lol
This was a cool episode to be honest
hes a very honest guy
After watching all 3 it sucks for Najee. Pittsburgh prices ridiculous. Chase first pad $1M while Najee one close to stadium was $5M.
Waddle and Chase had better options for the pricing
My thoughts exactly..five million for one of them..definitely overpriced
You’re comparing 2 different housing markets. Apples to oranges…
@@gregoryvierra6114 both had view of stadium so both in city and close to work. Sucks to be drafted to Pittsburgh. Yes Najee one was crazy with top of range appliances and stuff but that last house he had was terrible and same price as a nice 1 in Cinnci. Those houses in Miami were suprisingly great value, i wonder how far they were to the stadium.
bro what? it does not suck for anyone lmao and they’re not forced to buy any of these cribs this dude could buy a place for half the price and be just fine but he wants the expensive one lol don’t feel bad for them
True but it is Pittsburgh. I expect higher price at a better city. But then again waddle in Miami should be closer to Pittsburgh
He should save his money. His rookie contract might be his last if he can’t figure out how to see and catch an NFL football.
Seems to be catching it just fine to me

@@hordyaba- Why? I was simply responding to what HE said about seeing and catching an NFL football.

It’s amazing when you see the prices of homes in different parts of the country. That first one for $1.6m would be $5-6m where I live.
Cali haha
What about in Northern Kentucky in Villa Hills/Cresent Springs area. Just 10 min from Cincy
Kyrie Irving lived in a huge 400k house in the suburbs of Cleveland(similar cost of living to cinci) his entire career in Cleveland and he makes 3x what he makes and he is trying to spend millions on a crib his rookie year. Save your money young man atleast until you get a second contract.
Real estate is an investment ! It's not like cars , boats , and race horses !
if you check his contract he is gonna make 30M in the next 4 years; 20M only this season. Him buying a 1.6M house is like a person with 1 million of net worth buying an average new Mercedes. He'll be alright.
@@mikecimpu4077 there will be other costs that come with such a property~ don’t forget about that~
@@waynelee8327 you are absolutely right. I see what you are saying. However I still think any of these houses (he is gonna choose the first one most likely) is very manageable for him as long as he is relatively wise with his money and doesn't start buying Lambos, G Wagons and expensive useless jewelry.
@@mikecimpu4077 that’s the tough part for these young millionaires trying to manage their new found money… with a big property as such, the up-keeping would not be easy, I highly doubt he will take care of the entire place himself, and he mentioned he doesn’t cook, so it’s be interesting to see what kind of personal assisting staff he will have…. Things adds up, quickly… very quickly…
Hope he don't drop the keys like the preseason lmao

That last one was awesome. Cheaper than the first, way nicer in my opinion. The view of Cincinnati isn’t worth the price to me - seemed kinda underwhelming. Jamarr is a baller tho so he gonna do what he want. Congrats to the kid on purchasing his first home.
what a good kid. what a shame no one mentors him to buy from the beginning for the end. everything should be affordable when its over.
