The grit shown by everyone through adversity is what makes legend. Winning the tour is way easier than what these guys accomplished. Kudos, what a team. Absolutely in love with the group.

I have never understood cycling and only started paying attention to the details of the dynamics this year. I am an average long distance runner but take part in a 106km cycle race once a year for the past 7 years, just pedalling along and enjoying the change in sport. So I happened to come across this gem just before the TdF 2023 and was just in awe of the sportsmanship. I watched it again today now that I recognise a few of the riders and it brought on such a rollercoaster of emotions becauseI have a basic idea of how teams work! This is incredible, you are all incredible!!! Thank you to Jumbo-Visma for letting us in your space, I will forever be touched and amazed by these awesome people. I pray all those injured and mentally strained in these tours recover well and I'll be rooting for you from South Africa during this year's TdF!!

I was not going to be surprised if they got 1st, 3rd and the Green Jersey. Those of us following along this year could tell something electric was happening with Jonas. what a great documentary, well done... love the plain outspoken nature of the doc, with no bs.. it comes acroos honest & professional.
and what a blast that Jumbo Visma & heritage finally got that wicked Tdf crown in their portfolio with a stunning 2022 TdF victory to Jonas Vingegaard that clearly were stronger in 2022 than the champ Pogacar.
JOnas tried 3 times to take time on Pogacar 11, 18, 20 and manage them all.. Pogacar tried to gain on Jonas 24/7 and Jonas were as the only one able to follow Pogacar intense pace, and often looked more comfortable then Pogacar doing it and to an extent that you often felt that Jonas had more, but obviously had focus on not loosing the gain.
I did not remember even one moment where Jonas seemed in trouble in 2022, In following Pogacars attacks, and this is Tatej Pogacar as extreme as it gets... unreal explosiveness.
I'm looking forward for the 2022 doc.

One of the best unscripted sporting documentaries. Lost count of the number of times I've watched this. Amazing team, kept bouncing back even after all the initial set backs. Can't wait to see them perform again at TdF 2022!

I keep rewatching this, and every time, I’m more and more amazed at Primoz’s ability to stay positive and always think about the team first. Even before he was truly out of the standings, he was say “if we” and I think that says a lot about who he is as a person and a competitor

      Yellow for Roglic.
It would be very unfair for JV to favor Vingego over their 3 time Vuelta winner & Olympic Champion. Jumbo & Roglic have risen together since 2016, now their story needs a fairy-tale TdF victory.

There cannot be two leaders in one team attacking each other for the win. JV might as well save some time & make Roglic de-facto team leader.

    • @draregrevtaam1147

@@cartermoth6447 Yes they can. Actually they both need to attack to have a chance vs Pogacar. It's not unlikely that Vingegaard attacks and that Roglic has to sit in the wheel of Pogacar while Vingegaard takes time on both.
Most likely Pogacar will drop both though, but you have to keep in mind that there is a scenario where Vingegaard is on the attack while Roglic has to mark Pogacar from behind. It could be the other way around as well. They will need eachother to beat Pogacar.
I hope Roglic will win the TdF, but it's going to be hard to beat Poga.
