While flying his helicopter, the plaintiff claims the defendant's horse distracted him, causing him to crash, so he's suing. The defendant insists her horse was startled by the sound of the helicopter, and she believes the plaintiff is at fault for the crash. Therefore, the defendant denies owing.

@rhepisceanleo8677 I guess you might be right. I'm special in that I know a 36 inch pony is no danger to me. If a lion or tiger charged me, "pet" or otherwise, I would be terrified, only because I know the difference between carnivores and herbivores. Humans need to study more.

They're laughing because the plaintiff is ridiculous. If a frothing pitbull were running full speed straight for him, or an alligator appeared out of nowhere, it would be a different story. There's no question that the defendant's are at full fault here completely after hearing all the details in this case. That miniature pet horse running out at someone startling them is no different than a dog or any other animal not under proper control by the handler and or owner.
