Another terrible winter all across the country, including here in North Texas. I have officially given up on trying to grow any palms other than windmill palms, anything else is just too much of a hassle here in North Texas, at least.
Don't give up... I envy your climate and I've been pretty successful with growing windmill palms in Pittsburgh this past winter. Its tough but worth the hassle in the long run. Although we've had somewhat milder winter, our climate here is pretty chaotic and we've had some brutal freezes but I can still work with it haha
I would use copper fungicide. Supposedly it is the best. Then there is hydrogen peroxide as well. Give them a long time to try to recover before you dig them up. As a last effort to see if there is any life left cut the trunks down until you find some solid and healthy tissue then wait. I would actually do the latter on the palms with the worst crown rot right now.
Had spear pulls on all my Washingtonias been covering them in the rain and using that copper 3 every ten days or so. What does new growth look like? Cuz one has a little sprout 🌱 like that emoji in the trunk, is that what it looks like? Also how long is the worst case it’ll take for them to push out new spears? It’s been about a month. These all are about 5 foot tall trunks so they are decently big.
Total bummer. Zone pushing a real, legit, struggle.

Lots of palm damage for sure

Hydrogen Peroxide works pretty well too. Every couple of days
