Where’s your break even? Is geographical location affect opening ? I read 150k was suffice, if you have it liquid.
How is 1.6 million dollars low cost lol. It's cheaper to just open your own pizza place.
Theres a lot of reasons people buy franchises its a whole different thing than starting your own restaraunt.
You wont have TV commercials or the app for the pizza portal or name recognition
That's what you pay for
Good luck selling your own $6.99 hot and readys.
If you are buying a location for just 350 and with a partner. That would be a better option. That would put you at 175,000 per person and expect ROI a bit more early if the location is good. Any thoughts ?
Probably better pizza brands. Can find a well priced acquisition though!
Location is the king. Do you think SFO is a good location for a pizza joint?
@@Vettedbiz I feel it is better working with a Partner. You always need a silent investor. Lessen the risk will also lessen the profit but one can keep on increasing the outlets as per success level.
Hello, if my brother and I wanted to franchise together, is there a way to apply to become a franchisee together and show both our assets and incomes?
Great question! It will depend franchise to franchise. A few will consider the combined net worth of the investment group. In your case, this would be you and your brother.
@@Vettedbiz thanks!
