In addition to verified email, you should also use the “last refreshed” filter and set it to 3 months ago. Some of the emails were verified long ago and will bounce. I saw this today in one of their tutorial videos.

Jay great video, I have a question, Appolo has limit for exports and then you have to pay extra if you want to export more, if i use appolo for emailing it doesn't have warmup feature. If your budget doesn't allow you to go over the Appolo export limit, how would you approach it, would you use instantly for warmup and for the the exported leads and then switch to appolo once you used up the leads but still use instantly to warmup?

I'm a big fan of your work, and I'm always learning from your videos. I have a question about how you manage contacts who respond to your emails.
I'm running a sequence in which the contact might reply to the first email on the sequence. For those who do, I want to add them into running another sequence in which moves them closer to my objective (sales).
What is your best practice for managing this?

I manage all my sending with instantly.AI. They have a subsequences feature so that if somebody is interested, then you can automatically put them into a subsequence where you can nurture them even more.
Great video Jay! Question, you mentioned at the end that you grab the data from Apollo and upload to Instantly.. so does that mean you are not actually using Apollo for emailing? If not, why not?
Instantly is much better for scaling campaigns. Apollo limits the number of senders you can add.

I need to find consumer brands, that make a direct impact on the consumer market.

Why do you still use instantly? As "plays" are not part of Instantly. Do you have any feedback on the new "leads" accounts that Instantly provides?
Because I send at scale. We have hundreds of senders which works better on Instantly

Right now I only use instantly for sending. Apollo is the best data source, and instantly is the best for scaling large campaigns.

Where Google just Sold Thier Domains and Rumors of it Affecting Gmail - Do you Recomend still using Apollo for out reach or are you using Instanly set up with a Outlook Email? Meaning Scrape the data in Apollo and Instanly to send? Thank for any help.
The google issue is unrelated to the sending tool that you choose. But yes we are switching to Office 365 just in case. And yes I use Apollo for data and instantly for sending.

I’m not an expert in scraping data and I wouldn’t recommend becoming one. There are so many great tools out there that help you scrape data. I can make a video on some of those tools.
Apollo is quite limited in mobile credit in my subscription package. I remembered that you mentioned about another tool that's better for mobile collection. May I know which it is?

My #1 confusion about B2B lead gen (especially with PPL) is: how do I ensure that I actually get credit/paid for conversion leads by my clients? Example: if I refer a security software company to an energy company and they end up having a fruitful meeting, how do I make sure I get paid for that lead? I hope this makes sense.
So, are you offering pay per sale instead?
If you are running a paper lead model, then it’s up to you to have the systems and operations in place to keep track of each lead. It’s tough.

I do my sending from Instantly because my emails are warning there and I send at scale.
How do you download them from here to add to say... Go high level
You would download them to a csv and them upload.
why do you use Instantly and not Apollo to do your sending?

Why not leads with instantly and keep everything there?
Apollo has more search functionality.
As from the comments i came to know you are using instantly as you have to send emails in bulk. But by using apollo, how many emails can we send per day and what happens if we send more than 1000 emails per day via Apollo ? Any suggestions ?
Try not to exceed 50 emails per day per sender. So if you want to send 1000 per day that means 20 senders!

Yes, Apollo recently added an email warm-up feature, but it is not unlimited and it’s not very advanced like instantly
