      Yeah, i'd wait. I want to switch my PC for a powerful handheld, but for example, the Steam deck isn't powerful enough for me, and the ASUS rog has a lot of problems with battery time. So I just want something new.

    RIS looks so much better than RSR and has better performance.

      That’s my experience too. Maybe I could increase sharpening of rsr in settings, but 900p with RIS has been amazing for me.

      @@ccarr1025 For RIS to work, do you leave it at 900p in the command center before starting the game and the game resolution at 900p as well?

    • @ccarr1025
      @ccarr1025 Před 20 dny

      @@gianaguirre2347 no. RIS is basically a filter over top of any image that attempts to sharpen things. It functions nearly all the time if you have it on. It shines when you need to play a game at a lower resolution for speed etc. because it sharpens up blurry visuals.

      Maybe, but the bigger problem isn't even the screen or processor; it's that we won't have portable windows or gaming windows in 2024 without tons of unnecessary services and apps. Also, I wish engineers would still finalize the existing z1e and z1 to run adequately at low W. Maybe even agree that 900p would be better for gaming, but 1080p is still a great option.
