@@Im-not-alone-Im-full-of-myself It is all about looks. It is building your body into a larger size, not a healthier size, just a bigger one (bigger does not mean healthier, stronger does not mean healthier). Almost all people today increase their size through any means necessary albeit unhealthy routes and methods. If it was healthy body building everyone would be eating raw meat, dairy and would be excluding all the dangerous and harmful "foods", powders, pills and injections modern body builders and their followers consume. You are what you eat and what you put into yourself regardless if you are skinny, fat, muscular, tall or short. Give your body proper nutrition and do not eat modern day processed anything and you will be ok. Basically, eat what an Amish farm produces and you will be golden. You can body build in healthy way just don't bee fooled by what you see and hear.

Odin, the northern lord of war, poetry, magic and holy rage was said to have received the runes during an agonizing rite of self sacrifice. Jesus, repeatedly pierced, lanced, and ultimately crucified, and Ronnie Coleman ultimately crippled were all based on esoteric cult of Pain/Lust. When it comes to exercise I agree that lifting and running is incredibly stupid.
However I think walking, swimming, pushups and maybe occasionally climbing is pretty ok and maybe even somewhat beneficial, especially since those things can actually be rather fun to do.
Look at kids for example, while they don't like to exert themselves too much they still enjoy being somewhat physically active, especially boys.

If it's either from lifting, running, calisthenics, CrossFit, yoga etc whatever keeps you fits and functional, and being practical however you approach your fitness. At the end of the day it's a personal and individual journey.

Working out or doing anything depletes said charge, so just sit around and do nothing. Also, in this particular video for example Goatis tells you drinking water is not a good idea or is pointless.
