Modern bodybuilding is NOT about health. Remember that.
then what's its about in modern days
@@Im-not-alone-Im-full-of-myself It is all about looks. It is building your body into a larger size, not a healthier size, just a bigger one (bigger does not mean healthier, stronger does not mean healthier). Almost all people today increase their size through any means necessary albeit unhealthy routes and methods. If it was healthy body building everyone would be eating raw meat, dairy and would be excluding all the dangerous and harmful "foods", powders, pills and injections modern body builders and their followers consume. You are what you eat and what you put into yourself regardless if you are skinny, fat, muscular, tall or short. Give your body proper nutrition and do not eat modern day processed anything and you will be ok. Basically, eat what an Amish farm produces and you will be golden. You can body build in healthy way just don't bee fooled by what you see and hear.

The best part of the video by far! They love to emulate a "throwback" to the true old days of slavery in that form. Ronnie Coleman crippled himself and he says he "has no regrets"
The guy walks like a crippled giraffe.
Theres a tribe in India "Sioux" and their initiation to manhood was basically that all young men of the tribe were to undergo the tribulation of being pierced and hung through the chest area and suspended for a prolonged period until they attained a visionary state of consciousness. Odin, the northern lord of war, poetry, magic and holy rage was said to have received the runes during an agonizing rite of self sacrifice. Jesus, repeatedly pierced, lanced, and ultimately crucified, and Ronnie Coleman ultimately crippled were all based on esoteric cult of Pain/Lust. Psychologically it's all connected to Sadomasochism/sexual sadism.

Does anyone ever tell these guys the lifespan of people who do these kind of workouts? WWF/WWE and other Wrestlers and body builders die young. Most of the popular wrestlers like macho man, ultimate warrior the list is long, are dead

When it comes to exercise I agree that lifting and running is incredibly stupid.
However I think walking, swimming, pushups and maybe occasionally climbing is pretty ok and maybe even somewhat beneficial, especially since those things can actually be rather fun to do.
Look at kids for example, while they don't like to exert themselves too much they still enjoy being somewhat physically active, especially boys.
Hey I look at it like this to each it's own whatever makes you feel good. If it's either from lifting, running, calisthenics, CrossFit, yoga etc whatever keeps you fits and functional, and being practical however you approach your fitness. At the end of the day it's a personal and individual journey.
Yet I will not dismiss working out for functional means as you mentioned.
Goatis believes the same thing Donald Trump does: the human body is a battery with a limited amount of charge, which can never be replenished. Working out or doing anything depletes said charge, so just sit around and do nothing. Also, in this particular video for example Goatis tells you drinking water is not a good idea or is pointless. He's an extremele contrarian. Bodybuilding is stupid, but Goatis is also stupid.
Yes those are good. Those wouldn’t really be classified as “exercise”, except for pushups. But they’re just activity, which is what humans have always done.

The truth of the matter is that the individual ‘I Am’ and its fear of death does not want to come to an end.

Sunscreen has a lot of chemicals who are getting inside your skin and create skin cancers. Also, sun is natural EMF wich has a wide array of benefits for human body not only vitamin D. I never liked to lift weights - i used to try it and its boring and stupid. Especially if you dont need that kind of strength. This is just addiction to pain. They dont need that kind of power. The most absurd thing these people say to brag about is they call normal people who dont do it "LAZY". They dont comprehend that there are people who can live without forcing themselves into this lunacy of suffering.
i go to mine 3-4 times a week and will occassionally do weights i used to do before i got severely sick. i still CAN. doesnt mean im ever going to again.
Goatis, you mentioned half range of motion in their lifts. I noticed that too, early in the video. In fact, it was very distracting to me. I kept thinking "why aren't they doing full range of motion movement?" Full range of motion [ROM] is natural and healthy. I can only speculate that they are so determined to "lift hard and heavy" that they sacrifice full ROM to do it.

The reson they do part reps is more because they realise they are destroying their joints. And yet, some have limitations as stated.
another reason is because they want to keep constant stress in specific muscle to break it down more.
I would not let my kids going to the gym. Btw, is it normal for a toddler to not had a tantrum?

Arnold just had to have a pacemaker installed after already having several heart procedures, I think most people could assume what necessitated that.
Arnold was born with a bicuspid aortic valve. Most people who are born with that have to get it replaced in the middle of their life, and it doesn't matter much if you worked out or not. Although im sure arnold's smoking habits and steroid use contributed to damaging it a bit more.

3 times a week is way too much. Hit a full body workout really hard, and then take a month off. You will not only feel much better, but you will actually grow even more, since you actually allowed your body time to heal.
@Goatis do you you could survive/thrive off of organs/fat/blood without any muscle meat? Or is some necessary?
Of course it's not necessary
In nature you would always consume muscle meat, since you wouldn't have some endless supply of organs like you do today. It's completely fine to consume it.
purpose of chest musculature is to bring the arm across and to press shit, historically dragging dead carcasses would have required and caused some significant hypertrophy of the chest musculature, admittedly bench press is a shit exercise but muscles would hypertrophy as needed to suit the organisms environment in nature
You don't really press anything when dragging something. The most intense natural use of the chest is when transfering elastic energy when throwing. It doesnt need to be big for that tho
